Flynn is the fourth member of Trump's campaign team to be charged with crimes relating to collusion with Russia. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before charges are filed against the man in the Oval Office.
Michael Flynn pleads guilty to lying to the FBI about Russia contacts, is cooperating with Mueller

"This is likely big trouble for several members of the Trump administration. Clearly, others knew about, and may have helped coordinate, the communication with the Russian ambassador but Trump officials have uniformly denied such contacts and knowledge of them, This development thoroughly undermines Trump's unrealistic predictions that the investigation will end soon. It appears likely that many more shoes will drop before Mueller is done. And it is particularly ominous for others that Flynn appears to have gotten a generous deal and is cooperating." -- William Yeomans, former deputy assistant attorney general.

NBC News is naming names:
Michael Flynn pleads guilty to lying to FBI in Mueller probe
NBC News, Dec 1 2017 6:23 PM ET
Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty today in federal court to a charge of making false statements to the FBI about his communications with Russia. Flynn had contacted the Russians at the urging of two top transition officials, according to a court document.
Three people familiar with the matter say one of the officials referenced in the document is Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, and two people familiar with the matter say the other is K.T. McFarland, who served as deputy national security adviser from January to May. Flynn is the first senior White House official to be charged in the special counsel’s investigation into Moscow’s meddling into the 2016 presidential election, and the first to officially agree to cooperate.

'Just unreal': Trump's latest tweet indicates he's 'utterly clueless about his own jeopardy,' experts say
Business Insider, Dec 2 2017
President Donald Trump may have just given special counsel Robert Mueller's obstruction-of-justice investigation an inadvertent boost. Trump tweeted today that he "had to fire" former national security adviser Michael Flynn because Flynn "lied" to Vice President Mike Pence and the FBI. The statement indicates that Trump was aware, when Flynn was forced to resign, that he had lied to the FBI about his contacts with Russian officials. The tweet sheds light on Trump's appeal to former FBI director James Comey to let go of the FBI's investigation into Flynn and his subsequent decision to terminate Comey when he did not comply.
"I think the obstruction case was already substantial — both circumstantially and through Trump’s own words," said DOJ veteran and former Assistant Deputy Attorney General Bill Yeomans. "This tweet certainly contributes to the case. He knew Flynn lied to the FBI when he pressed Comey to drop the case and then fired Comey. "Most disturbingly, however, the tweet shows either that the president is utterly clueless about his own jeopardy or he truly believes he is beyond accountability because neither his base nor Republicans in Congress will hold him responsible."
"He just admitted to obstruction of justice," said former DOJ spokesman Matt Miller. "If Trump knew Flynn lied to the FBI when he asked Comey to let it go, then there is your case. So he knew Flynn had lied and now he’s admitted it. And of course it’s possible he and Flynn discused it at the time. Just unreal."

Trump could be forced to testify on sexual-harassment allegations — and if he lies he could be impeached
Business Insider, Dec 3 2017 11:16 AM
Summer Zervos, who accused Trump of sexually harassing her in 2007, is suing him for defamation because he called her and other accusers liars. Trump's lawyers will argue in a New York court on Tuesday that the lawsuit should be thrown out because he is a sitting president. But former President Bill Clinton was deposed while he was a sitting president over allegations of sexual harassment by Paula Jones. Later, when he was found to have lied under oath, he was impeached by the House of Representatives.
More than a dozen women came forward before the presidential election last year accusing Trump of unwanted sexual advances. Trump threatened to sue them. "Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign — total fabrication," Trump said at a campaign rally in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, in October 2016. "The events never happened. Never. All of these liars will be sued after the election is over." Trump hasn't yet filed any suits against his accusers but he still publicly maintains his innocence.
When asked about the Zervos subpoena in October, which demands all campaign communication regarding Trump's accusers, Trump reponded, "All I can say is it's totally fake news, just fake. It's fake. It's made-up stuff, and it's disgraceful what happens, but that happens in the world of politics." Mindy McGillivray, one of the women who said she was groped by Trump, says it's the president who is lying. "People are going to find out who this guy really is," she told Business Insider.
