Again and again Charles, we can agree to disagree.... I have many times put in my posts the negative aspects of Sirius XM....

If you buried relevant information on a competitor on the eve of a big Sirius Xm Announcement we would call that into question..... but, A Slacker Give Away on the eve of SXM possibly filing BK, is just beyond pale..... Now that kind of news is what I would call Totally Irrelevant.....

cos1000, I'll just say that who crfceo really is, has a direct connection to the arguement as it stood when I posted it. You can come over here and call this kettle black as long as you do it over at Satwaves with that pot and ride Brandon at least as hard. I am not just talking about a article being incorrect, here or there ether, I am talking about him being who he really is. I have not seen you get on him yet about that on the main site. So why dont you go over there and do that on the main page and then come back and get on Tyler. Because until you do that, you are just a pot calling the kettle black. I am sorry, I dont like the double standard.

My position and how I report what analysts say has always been pretty consistent, and perhaps as a more casula reader of the site you were not aware.

Typically I report on what an analyst says without insertion of my own opinion. If I have an opinion, I keep that in my own pieces in another article.

This allows readers to see what an analyst says without me jading that information with my own opinion. I feel this is important because I think people need to understand the whole realm of opinion out there. I publish the analyst opinion regardless of what it is. Good, bad, or indifferent, it is an opinion that is out there. I have always felt that it is better to know all of the opinions than to ignore them. Another example is the opinions of Michael Hartleib. I do not agree with everything he has done, but who am I to make that decision for readers of this site? I feel it is important to know what he is doing so that it does not come as a surprise later.

This site tries to maintain a professional and level approach to what we do. We try to present varied opinions so that readers can see the big picture. I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for responding to my points. John filled in the rest. I will now go back, reread some stuff, and rethink my opinion based on your thoughtful responses. As well as john. All that aside, tyler just admit right now that slacker give away was bad timing. Thats the least you can give us. Just admit it was bad timing, a mistake, and wouldnt happen again in those circumstances. And im sure cos would forgive you, and i know i would.

This brings up another point that people should consider.

Analysts sometimes use differing multiples when establishing price targets. One analys may use 8, another 9, and still another 12.

One thing that is hard for this site is that the analyst reports are copyrighted information. Thus, I can not post an entire report, and can only give some basic insight as to what the report contains. This situation is not unique to me. Any site that covers the people who cover an equity are in the same boat.

I do the best I can with what I have, and try to keep it even keeled.

For the record, I have stated in the past the analysts that I feel have more valued opinins. Peck was one, Cohen is a respected media analyst. I did not always agree with Kit Spring, but he had some decent models.

LOL......Truth be told, I was not even awre of the Slacker promotion until it was happening, but that is beside the point. I will say that for an investor with passion for the equity it would be bad timing, and perhaps seem like rubbing salt in their wounds. From a big picture perspective, that giveaway meant nothing.

Charles would have to answer that. I will say that it had to be right at about the same time that the promotion went up. Whether that was 12 hours before, or 36, I'm not sure. We don't sit on things like that. If TSS ggave us a radio today to give away, you would see the aricle poted in short order.
