This is a double post. Its posted on Satwaves as well.
Just had it out with Mr. Blalock. He says he has seen no proof of any type of manipulation whatsoever. He questioned my on why I was so focused on ISEG. I told him. He said I assume too much. He also said if one market maket is controlling the price, illogically, the other 79 market makers would make them pay for that. He told me to compile an email full of proof and he would send it on to NASDAQ. He refused to mention any specific types of manipulation this stock might be encountering(due to legal reasons he may not be able to comment on things(this is my assumption). He was combative, condencending, and tried to make me feel like Im a moron(typical psychological strategy when talking with the enemy(I didnt realize I was the enemy, as me and him are on the same side.). End story.... on the ISEG front....
We will get no help from Sirius about it. He refused to acknowledge how many complaints he had in regards to ISEG. He told me ISEG has ever right to drop the bid by 1000 of a penny, any time they want. He would not address why ISEG's ask is always higher volume than the bid. Any time I cited an example, he sidestepped the issue. He was VERY defensive, and I made him feel uncomfortable with how much I knew about what has going on. After a while, he was simply looking to end the call. He was VERY nice however, and respectful IN GENERAL to my complaints. His tone was the problem. Bascially felt like his responses were common place, and hed gone over this before.
Basically I will be compliling an email he will forward to NASDAQ with my proof. Please email me all screen shots and proof you have accumulated.
