The President refuses to abandon his dream of building the costly, unnecessary, ineffective Trump Wall monument to himself. You remember. That's the "big beautiful wall" he said Mexico would pay for. He instead attempted to bypass Congress (which has control of federal spending) by diverting Defense Department funds to his vanity project. A district judge just told him he can't do that. Emperor Trump will of course appeal the ruling.
