A new United Nations study shows human actions have altered 75% of earth's land and 65% of earth's oceans and are threatening one million plant and animal species – and 100% of Fox News personnel refuse to believe it. "There is none so blind as he who will not see."
Fox News is desperately trying to convince us climate change isn't real
A bombshell new study written by 400 scientists found that up to one million plant and animal species are on the verge of extinction. Trump's favorite network isn't buying it.

As global warming reduces the oceans' oxygen levels, squid, crabs and octopuses are at risk of losing their sight due to a decrease in retinal function. These sea creatures would then be unable to hunt for food or detect predators. Climate change is hurting the entire earth, from the highest mountains to the deepest oceans and everything in between.
Octopuses may go blind as climate change pulls oxygen from the ocean
For some marine animals, even a tiny drop in oxygen levels caused an almost immediate loss of vision.

On the bright side, people in the midwest in the year 2100 won't have to drive very far to get to a beach.
Rising sea levels could swamp major cities and displace almost 200 million people, scientists say
With a "business as usual" approach, the world's oceans could plausibly rise two meters by the end of the century.

There are 245 coal-fired power plants in the United States. Bloomberg wants to see every one shut down so we can "move away from oil and natural gas and toward 100% clean, renewable energy." He is in direct opposition to Donald Trump, who wants our nation to once again be dependent on coal, just like in the 1840s.

Greenland's melting ice is a major contributor to global sea level rise – aqnd this year's melt could set a record.
Greenland lost 2 billion tons of ice yesterday, which is 'unusual but not unprecedented'
To visualize how much ice that is, imagine filling the National Mall in Washington DC with enough ice to reach a point in the sky eight times higher than the Washington Monument.

Emperor Trump believes global warming is a hoax and has vowed to get coal miners back to work. Emperor Trump appointed a former coal industry lobbyist to head the Environmental Protection Agency. Emperor Trump and Andrew Wheeler do not care about clean renewable energy and they have no interest in reducing heat-trapping carbon emissions – and today our environment just lost some of its "protection."

Emperor Trump ignores all the data and all the many thousands of scientific studies and believes climate change is a "hoax." Emperor Trump, therefore, sees no need for his administration to study something that is obviously a hoax or to report any findings to his loyal subjects. Climate change is a hoax! The Emperor has decreed it to be so.

With one exception, leaders of every nation at the just-concludes G-20 summit in Osaka reaffirmed their commitment to meeting the goals of the Paris climate accord. The exception, of course, is Emperor Trump, who ignores the findings of thousands of climate studies and instead has decreed that global warming is a "hoax." In truth, the "hoax" is Emperor Trump.

Two days ago, the town of Villevieille in southern France had a high of 45.1° Celsius (113.2° F), the highest temperature ever recorded in France. The record didn't last long. Two hours later, the temperature in nearby Gallargues-le-Montueux reached 45.9° Celsius (114.62° F). Yikes!

Every nation must stop building new coal plants, cut greenhouse gas emissions by 45% and switch from fossil fuels to solar power." The President of the United States: "Climate change is a hoax. We don't need to worry about greenhouse gas emissions. Now let's get our coal miners back to work!" In Trumpworld, the former reality television star denies reality.

This idea makes sense. Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere contributes to global warming. Trees absorb carbon dioxide. All we need to do now is find one trillion unplanted trees and plant them. How difficult could that be?
