Get me a coke, you health nut. I want something with substance and flavor. :D
Everyone in this thread takes the time to make a solid point in a clam and collected manner but instead you resort to LOL's and :p;) take a step back and read what you write. You will see who comes accross as the jerk in this thread. You can say that we are all "silly," and that we use "false logic" to puff yourself up but you need not say anything of these things because you paint a picture of yourself so clear that I doubt anyone is missing it.
You can use your "logic" and "facts", I will let the consumers decide where the competition is. That is logic enough for me.

I agree. Go look up web hits that SiriusXM posted today. I couldnt agree more. Based on that, the site manager should remove the thread, as the topic has nothing relevant to do with SiriusXM whatsoever. Well.... If you looked at their chart you could ascertain that anyway. People would think charles tyler and you are crazy for defending such a insignificant product.
So, Yes, I agree with you. :D:p:p
Lets let consumers decide. 15 million paid subs, 45 percent take rate. millions exposed a year. I can do the math. Why I trade the stock.
Make sure you talk about Pandoras user growth rate.
If these companies had nothing to do with the Sirius XM market you would not be still harping on that fact that they do not compete. No one would create a thread on a Sirius XM forum trying to discredit competition between tube socks and Sirius XM... you chose slacker. :D;):p
No you choose it, when you began your slacker fun love fest campaign. You run a slacker lover site for goodness sakes. Your obviously biased as to its place in the industry, and how you view its future. I never mention Slacker, except as an afterthought prior. As it should be. Cute little service SiriusXM should incorporate or just acquire someday. Let them fun it free first. Then pull a Malone.:D:p
From now on, all future emotes are for clueless, as he requested them, and loves them.
No, again, you can deflect but you started this thread.
I am hardly biased to anything. I honestly hope that Slacker and Pandora's future are completely and totally crushed by Sirius XM. I have said this on numerous occasions. Nothing would make me happier. I guess by definition that makes me a little biased to Sirus XM.
Why? If they don't compete then this would be a horrible move for Sirius XM. Now you want Sirius XM to branch out into other markets?
your all assholes :D
screw you romo you always blow it in the playoff's anyway.
sorry just trying the secret smileys make everything better trick i learned here.
<----niners fan
Charles, you dont hope that. You say it, but I dont FEEL it. It would be "weird" for me to believe you on that.:D:p:D
But I will risk being weird for you, in hope that you are right.
Your mouth says you want SiriusXM to crush Slacker, but your heart says otherwise.
Thats great if you really feel that way. Awesome. But it really doesnt matter what we think in the end. We will see...
We will see...
My heart says otherwise why? Because I own SIRI stock? Because I run one of the most popular websites dedicated to Sirius XM? Or because as a 5 year subscriber I listen 8 hours a day?
What is your agenda relmor?
now that I found this I can see that Charles already knows something we don't, or should have seen coming but didn't
Internet radios? http://www.twice.com/article/CA6656861.htmlQuote:
Sirius XM also said new Internet radios will debut later in the year, reportedly this summer.
Heres my rendition of what I think the new SXM internet radios will look like:
I suspect there will also be different skins available via a "shopping" button and it will also have internet access allowing you to Twitter while listening...
3rd day now using Slacker. I dont like it. Same problems Pandora has. Better than Pandora though. More options. I like that. Still cant get an artist I want to play. Created a station, choose 5 favorites under my main artist, started it, and it played 5 songs in a row from other artists. Basically I gave it 6 artist choices, and it started me off on none of them. Like 4 or 5 songs in, it finally played one of my lesser artist choices. Then i get my preferred artist, its NOT a song i picked as my favorites. So my johnsing to hear a few song quickly was never fullfilled. Got frustrated and turned on SirisXM, where at least I dont feel im getting screwed by the songs im hearing. Prefer my playlists, and sat radio. Two thumbs down on Slacker. But Pandora is now a distant memory. Pandora is much worse. I will use Slacker, as its free, to mix things up every now and then. Like I said cute program.
So I dont confuse Charles with diction we cant agree on, I will list my personal favorite sounds to hear that could be music, sports, talk radio, traffic, or information services. Basically what I use the most, personally.
1. SiriusXM.
2. Personal play lists.
3. Slacker.
4. Pandora.
5. AM radio(local sports talk I cant get on SiriusXM)
6. FM radio. Only if Im locked in a burning car, with nothing else in reach.
