I have some shares in sharebuilder.... some in wells trades (transferring into TD Ameritrade) - I count my lucky stars I didn't have a stop in this morning or I'd be just as angry as the rest of you over the sharebuilder thing....
I may even move everything completely to TD Ameritrade at this point.... I was already going to shut down the wells trade - but ING has just pissed too many people off.... and they should be held accountable...
i almost set a trailing stop the other day thank god i didnt, never expected a 50 percent drop off in 1minute, crazy shit, but this thing is still gonna go up, that shows how much this stock is capableof moving now, it moves through cents no problem now.
Relmor just curious how many times are you going to attempt to play this game today cause you know you'll have your chances to make .03-05 cents here or there even if delayed reaction. Do you have a margin account? You can't trade more than 3 times in a week right without triggering the wash?
It could have been such a wonderful day. I managed to get .38 something and I could have rebought at .30 I still cannot get a buy order posted because of errors
I'm hoping you're right tripps - this little trap this morning was a load of Crap... seriously....
Glad I stayed up late - then slept in this morning... I didn't have a stop in - so I'm mainly just angry for the rest of you....
But if THAT wasn't intentional - I'll eat my hat.
That's why day trading is for experienced investors, now 2-3 day or week trading is better, but i wouldn't touch it....This is also perfect example why we need a 1-3 or 1-5 R/S when stock gets to $1 or better by end of year..
Too many Retail investors,we need Institutional to rise from present 50% to at least 65% to stabilize SP.IMHO
70 million shares traded in 1st hour..plenty of time yet to see green close today as shakeout slows down and buyers load up again.
I didnt think it would happen early morning, but on the second failed breakout attempt past .40, we saw what could be expected, just a lot faster and lower than I thought possible. Pullback, and profit taking. Plus an orchestrated take down attempt timed to maximize the loss. No reason to panic in my opinion. Id take advantage of this as a buying opportunity.
It means nothing as long as you dont sell all your shares. As an example say you sell 20,000 of 100,000 then you buy back 20,000 and then sell 20,000 you dont have to sell the same 20,000 you have 80,000 other shares to pick from. The point is while the first 20,000 have not settled the other shares you have are settled.
Also they will give you that warning all the time it means nothing, just call them they will go over your account and tell you you are fine as long as you do as I just talked about.
Citi announced a reverse stock split a bit ago. their stock soared. maybe a combo crack down on short selling with a reverse split is not a bad thing? Citi R/S now, SIRI soon after?
SIRI will close red today. Hope I am wrong....Long SIRI
I picked the wrong day to sleep in. My account is still all cash. This was the pullback I was predicting. SIRI will more than likely close red today. Downtrend line still in place. I'm waiting for another retest into the .20's...
Not sure when I will buy......depends on the price action. I'm thinking .25ish.......
Finally got some cash in my ameritrade account and entered a buy at .375 this morning. About 1 min later the bottom fell out. Do I have great timing or what. Well anyway I'm still lowering my average. Lets hope that doesn't happen more often. I hate to see people with stops in get screwed like that.
Back to core position only. Neutral. Waiting. If it hits .30 id buy. Might raise that to .31 cents now. Looks safe there. DDYDD. IMVHO.
This is the only news I can see.......

I bought back in again to SIRI at .25 What a money maker, I'll am set to sell at .394
If you want to be safe, don't buy until the downward trendline is broken to the upside......or on a spike down that bounces hard.
