well he helps renegotiate the restof their debt and and profit's from siri's future growth in some way, and maybe even more, the deals not completely public yet, but we know for sure he loves keeping ergen away from siri's 20 million sub's, ive heard he wants to sell dtv, and he will get less for it if ergen ends up taking a bigger market share, this way dtv stays the biggest sat tv provider and can earn a little cash off their investment in siri. Maybe even becoming even more of a partner to siri.
