I'm actually a liberal but agree with your assessment of us liberals to some extent. With that being said, I wholeheartedly disagree that we need more babies on this planet that have no means of survival. Hence pro choice makes more sense than having welfare take care of our youth. Just a thought.

I hear you and agree with welfare reform. I do think the "cradle to the grave" is more a result of poor parenting and lack of education. You can put viable options(adoption) our there but that doesn't do much unless these mothers are willing to break the bond with "their" child. There are too many variables involved with women who have children and whether it's feasible vs realistic for them to choose adoption. So it seems like I will agree to disagree.
