I remember him too. I heard a few years back he was in bad health too. For some reason, I think it's the same COZ that lurks and occasionally posts here. Hey bcoz... if it is you can you confirm? Hope you are doing well these days!

Howard Stern will definately sign a new contract, although I think it will be a 3 year instead of the usual 5. I doubt there will be any news about it until December however.

Do you think they will announce something during the CC? Howard is getting up their in age. I wonder if he tries to swing for the fences on a deal contract or just signs a new deal knowing he's worth 9 figures.

I agreee with you bdp on HS news not being announced in conjuction with cc. The only reason i mentioned that was because there was a brief discussion on here last week about what would happen if that scenario actually happened. I believe hs news announced early dec.

If think they stated on last CC or in the 10Q that the 110 mn was for royalty fees pre settlement and the remainder would be spread out through the end of the deal each Q through 2018. About 11 mn per Q.

I really was under the impression it was a q2/q3 thing.
