Chuck, have a great day peddling 400 miles. Bike riders are a breed of their own. I am up here at 7 thousand feet. When I go back to Seattle I barely breathe, because there is so much Oxygen. I catch myself not breathing very often. Anyway, the horses are in the gate, the flag is up...and there they go!

Green Star Announces Action of Board of Directors
Green Star Alternative Energy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GSAE) (“GSAE” or the “Company”) (http://www.greenstarae.com), as announced on September 29, has authorized a dividend equal to three shares of the Company’s Common Stock for every four shares of the Company’s Common Stock outstanding. The dividend is to be paid to the Company’s stockholders of record on the record date. The Board of Directors has not yet determined the exact record date; however, the regulatory process is expected to be less than 30 days.
As the company stated earlier, common stock holders are not required to take any action relating to the dividend. Shares outstanding on the record date will be automatically adjusted on the books of the Company's transfer agent, Interwest Transfer Company, Inc., to reflect the change in share structure. Share certificates will automatically be distributed by the Company. Stockholders who hold their shares in street name should have their accounts adjusted by their broker.
