Not yet. They will. Liberty Global has been doing it for over a year in Europe already.

What piece are they missing?

Side Note: I would not touch this market. This is unreal. Who's buying? Retail?

Not that it matters, but I think it's institutional buyers coming in off technical triggers.

SIRI at $4/share.....for all those that said they just wanted $4/share, this is where you get off!
