Is it time to call in the plumber because the shit is starting to back-up. Think about the statements made in Stock Shock. Manipulating shorts....who are they? Who are the plumbers? What is the shit that needs to be cleaned up? Who is the guy predicting $30 a share in 2012?

Is the poison pill good or bad for us? Their seems to be mixed feelings?

Responding to a question from one of the FCC staffers asking whether AIR is to remain free to anyone with an SDARS receiving device whether or not they were currently a Sirius XM customer, Mr. Shakur answered in the affirmative. He indicated that he would want to maintain free access to those with SDARs receivers in their cars that have not been activated, had an expired subscription or for others with mobile SDARs receivers on their laptops or other devices. The reasoning behind maintaining that position is to expand the audience reach beyond the Sirius XM subscriber base and to enable more Americans to have access to the unique content programs that would certainly be made available on the AIR network. Further, the diverse owners of content, who one time had difficult times accessing mass markets would be able to reach a market beyond what they would have had access to via an Internet radio station, for example. The content broadcast on the network would be available to anyone with mobile devices with Internet access and streaming capabilities. They would not need to invest in purchasing a SDARs transmitter device for their car, home or office to receive the content broadcast on the independent channels. The mobile phone for example, could be used as a radio. Responding to a query for the need to be on the SDARs network when the content can be made available via Internet, Ms. Malchado indicated that the power of the brand behind Sirius XM would command a larger audience for content providers even beyond the 19 million Sirius XM subscriber base.

Thanks Tim,good point about digital and chip in radio's,common sense says it can't happen i guess..
as for the AIR network,yes i'm pissed too,what the hell is SiriusXM doing about it?thought it was only suppose to be 4 public sevice minority based channels.

it's all good,because if it is enacted the Sp will be north of $2 as that is the price of the right issue and you can trade that preffered issue on the open market..The price of the right issue was not picked out of thin air,it's based on the R/S happening..EX:say the R/S happens at 1-20 with SP at .80,gives you 9bil shares down to 450 mil at $16.00..now the trigger is hit,each share holder can buy 1 right issue at $2 for every share you own or Reassign your right issue to be sold on the open market and you get the profit made over $2 and a fee to servicer that sold it..some of the specifics i mentioned are for discussion puposes only,haven't seen the actual right prospectus,this is just one way it could happen..remember each right issue is 1-1millionth of a class C preffered share but has the same voting rights as i common share,Hence the massive dilution poison pill.

they already have,their getting alot of shares cheap the last 2 weeks...
but we'll know on May 6th during regular trading day and definitely AH on the 6th..

Podcasts hello? Sirius XM radio is soon going to be available over podcasts....

this would generate way more than $12 a month per user.
