anyone want to take the wager that we close @ .43?
I know it is a shot in the dark, but what is your best guess on the release date for the iphone app? Before the Q1 call or after?
Todays range may overlap the days before for a week now at least. For instance...
Close .43.
Open 46.
Close .44
Open .47
Close .45.....
etc.....
Until we break out, up or down. Usually goes in the general direction of the trend(up since .05 cents). 3 days ago people thought .60 cents was a decent buy.

Sirius wants an additional 1 billion shares and approval of the RS into 2010. In the SEC filing the seemed to over state that they will not use the RS for any other reason than to stave off delisting.
I claim bullshit on those statements! They are just saying that to look like the good guy and get us all to vote. I know they know we will be over a dollar and not have to worry about delisting. However with the added dilution once we get over a dollars they can dilute us back into penny hell and justify the RS!
I don't know, I am just so frustrated. We were doing well and on our way to greener pastures, then Mel and Co come along with that bullshit to take us back down...

the cancelation complaints are such bullshit, i had no problem canceling my sirius account, they did offer me free service for 3 months but when i said no viola they canceled np, so why did i have an easy time canceling? am i special?
