I'm not sure what you mean by consolidated.
EDIT: My original order was for 53,000 shares at $.3425 - I've bought 6521 as of right now, still have the rest of the order sitting there for 46,479 shares.

If there is someone else using the same BD you are and has a better price, their bid will show up and yours will not.... until the better priced order clears.
Example: (Your MMID is SPUD and you bid 0.3445 to buy)
BID --------------------- ASK
0.3450 ----------------- 0.3460
Level-2
SPUD 0.3447 500----------- ISEG 0.3460 250000
ISEG 0.3446 120000------- PUTZ 0.3500 1000
NSDQ 0.3445 240----------- NADQ 0.3501 2500
DARK 0.3440 12000--------- LITL 0.3502 5000
In the above example (notice ISEG just as another point all together -- where the bandits live) as soon as SPUD (your MM/BD) sells those 500 shares at 0.3447 and there is nobody else to fill that price and you are next in line THEN your shares will appear allocated by SPUD.
This happens to me all the time.
No comment

No it is Scottrade. I deal with the same thing.
They do not insert your order until it is your turn in line. Other Scottrade customers will be listed if their price is first in BID or ASK line depending on which side you happen to be on.
Just the way Scottrade works.
