Long time reader of the forum. All of you have helped me become a better trader over the last few months... so THANK YOU to all. I had a question for Mogami... he mentioned HAYZ and CNR yesterday using tools from TD Ameritrade... just wondering where he found the target price for those two stocks because they were dead on... I use TDA but never saw that feature... anyone have a clue?
They put in a floor at .37 and a ceiling at .39. I think I'll go do some work today and let the chips fall (or rise) where they may.

CNR example
I only had 150
CNR was @.056
I could buy 2500 shares
100/2500=.04 increase required
after looking at CNR I felt it could go up at least .04 so I set target at .101
I sold at .0909 at end of day. A little short but oh well.
My standard criteria is a SP that allows me to buy 5000 shares. Then all I need is .02 increase for the day. I do not rush to sell but once I have that increase in hand I keep a close watch. If I don't get the increase I will hold for another day. I am going to sell the HAYZ today because it didn't make my target yesterday. (It would have if I had not been so tricky while trying to buy it and allowing price to go up .04 while I screwed around)

Thanks Mogami... I have been trying to do the same for a $140 net. Missed the move on CNR yesterday. I'll be watching more closely at your advice in the future. Started toying with Market Motion Detector yesterday... pretty cool tool.
That pop up survey crap is starting to get really annoying.......too intrusive!

I mentioned it a few posts back. The MM's seem to have a pissing match going on right now. Almost seems as if the NAS is going to let them cover below .38. (remember I said they went short at .37)Quote:
