Butts this big, you cant just throw in the boat..its too dangerous....they are strong enough to break a leg...so.....you have to shoot them!!!

Are they aggressive or strong fighters or is it basically like pulling a log up from the bottom?
The big ones are sort of like pulling up a log, they have pretty strong head shakes. The small ones fight a lot more and will head to the bottom once they break water. I had a 200 lber do that once, no gun on the boat and I tried gaffing it and missed, he zipped back down to 180ft, after about 20 minutes and borrowing a gun from another boat, he was in the boat.Quote:
