INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL
SIRIUS XM plans to hold a conference call on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 8:00 am ET to discuss these results. Investors and the press can listen to the conference call via the company's website, www.sirius.com, and on its satellite radio service by tuning to SIRIUS channel 126 or XM channel 90.
Just read that article too......it just depends how you want to spin things doesn't it? That reads really well.

my take on what? as for the earnings the merger related costs really put a dent in 2008 numbers especially operating costs, i still think we are on pace to break out of the negative eps by end of 2009
