You woke up late this morning Demian. =)
ISEG just did it again, this time by .0002 cents. Ive counted 5 times now ISEG has tried to contain momentum as it was advancing by throwing up blocks under the current ask. NITE is offering support today, not leading.
I will not comment anymore on Level 2 today unless asked. Basically same BS. I think the .165 to .17 cent range holds. JMVHO. Good luck to everyone, and lets hope some sleepy heads wake up , see the Sirius good news part of the CC, and buy buy buy. Might be a late EOD surge. That would be the chance to clear .17.
Hope the sleepy heads wake up? Hell, Im going to take a nap... This 6am crap is for the birds. =/
Same here...Feeling more optimistic about my investment...I'm gonna run with that for the day....! We'll see what happens later.
don't MM's make their money off the difference between bid and ask?
Gallep/TWAsiri, I could suffer through a .50 pop, too!!, But, I purposefully put a portion of my SIRI position in an IRA rollover account so I can't touch it for 90 days, trading privileges would be suspended if I do.
I might try to play pops and dips with a small portion of my regular trading account (.06 puchases) to increase the number of shares without adding any new cash. We'll see how it goes.
Depends on who they are executing for. Its in there best intest to get the best price when selling, and the best price when buying shares for their customers. If they have more buys than sells, there job would be to contain the price while buys are filled. If they have more sells than buys, they will drive it up. This means typically right now, they have more buys. Good sign. Just dont like them costing me money so big money can get the price they want. They make money by pure volume as well. They like sirius to have a high volume.
Every shareholder MUST call the SEC and complain about the daily manipulation of this stock. Call the 800 number. They will file in their computer system. If enough people call maybe it will get flagged. Call everyday until some type of enforcement is done by the SEC. You have to be relentless. If you can post here all day you can pick-up the phone. Later than I wanted to (kept pushing the snooze), but I did catch the call - though I was pretty groggy while I was listening to it.....
I was right with my prediction for them to announce the iPhone app release plans. I was hoping for a specific release date though, but they did say "soon"...
Remmeber this order.

Look for it on the ask side. As common as a $1 dollar bill right now. Coincidence? Sure.....
These headlines should be reason enough not to sell. At least wait for this news to filter through the media machine....
=DJ Sirius XM To Stream Content On IPhones And IPods
By Nat Worden
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Ê James Meyer, president of operations with Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI), said Thursday that the company will roll out an application in the second quarter that will allow satellite radio subscribers to stream its content on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Ê The new offering will allow subscribers to access Sirius XM programming without using satellite technology. Ê Meyer, on a conference call with analysts following the company's fourth-quarter earnings release Tuesday, said the application would make Sirius XM content accessible to an estimated 7 million iPhone users and additional iPod users in the U.S. Ê "This is a large and interesting opportunity that will maintain our subscription-based economics while providing customers with easy access to our content through means other than our traditional satellite-based platform," said Meyer. Ê Plans to develop this application were first made public by the company in December as sales of satellite radio units at consumer electronics retail outlets were plunging amid the slowdown in U.S. consumer spending. Ê Meanwhile, the company's main source of subscriber growth, new auto sales, is also slowing as major auto makers like General Motors Corp. (GM) and Chrysler Corp. are struggling to avoid bankruptcy. Ê "We have also expanded the number of home devices that can receive our content through the Internet, including an easily used tabletop radio that is now sold through our Web site and major retailers," said Meyer. Well i tried calling and i didn't know what the hell i was complaining about. I tried to quote some of your observations, and then i was referred to another source to advance my complaint. Apparently i was able to bullshit my way through the first phase, but I'm not too confident enough to carry through.
So if you've complained already, post some dialog for us non-savvy types and I'll call back
=DJ CORRECT: Sirius: May Exceed $300M Ebitda In '09
Ê ("Sirius: May Exceed $300M Ebitda In '09; Gives No Revenue View," published at 8:50 a.m. EDT incorrectly stated the day that Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) reported subscriber growth. The correct version follows.)
By Nat Worden
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
Ê David Frear, chief financial officer with Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI), said Thursday that the satellite radio company will not provide its customary guidance for subscriber and revenue growth in 2009, but it expects to exceed $300 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for the year. Ê Frear, on a conference call with analysts, cited the U.S. economic crisis and similar decisions made by other companies in explaining Sirius XM's lack of guidance for the year. On Tuesday, the company reported anemic subscriber growth in the fourth quarter of about 83,000 net new customers. Ê Facing a potential bankruptcy filing in February, Sirius XM struck a deal with Liberty Media Corp., the media conglomerate controlled by John Malone, for $530 million worth of high-interest loans to help the satellite radio company meet its near-term debt obligations. Ê Frear said the company's financing deal with Liberty has been completed. Ê "We have put our 2009 liquidity issues behind us," he said. "We can now focus on maximizing synergies [from the recent merger between Sirius and XM]." Ê -By Nat Worden, Dow Jones Newswires; 201-938-5216; nat.worden@dowjones.com
Here is Relmor's post, this should get you started. Tell them that these trading desks are manipulating the stock by buying and selling 100 share trades allowing their cohorts to cover their shorts.

I called again and talked somone else named Brian (He's been a trader for 7 years). As i started to quote Relmor's post, Brian asked me, "How do you know that they are covering their shorts"? I said, "Well that's just what it seems like that's what they are doing, I've only been doing this for about 3 weeks so I'm learning."
Then Brian went on in saying that, "There is no way for you to see that they are covering their shorts that why i ask. They are allowed to cover their shorts, and you'll prolly be seeing ARCA doing that a lot. SIRI is a penny stock right?"
Pete: "Yes"
Brian: "Well then yeah, ARCA will be all over that all day long with trades like that."
Then the conversation ended with me thanking Brian for helping me out with me being a newbie and all.
