Click on the filings made in early October, just a week or so ago. Download the PDFs and read up.

I can get us a LLC here in WV for a whopping $130 fee. Just did so two weeks ago.
I also have the software to design things (QuarkXpress). It's a big part of what I do, most days.
What I'd really like to see us do here is this (and feel free to criticize/comment as you wish) :
1. We all pool our resources together to invest, becoming a sort-of investment club. Make it an equal amount per person (say, $1-2,000), and we invest it as a group.
2. That leaves us to also invest individually as we wish. However, we would all be active in the club's investment decisions.
3. Once or twice a year we can divvy up the profits via dividends, or choose to re-invest them, etc.
Just some rambling thoughts that have been bouncing around in my head for a while.

Hey Greg:
I like your thinking. We would need to build some structure into the organization, but I think it's very doable. Let's hear from others on how we pic stocks, who holds the funds, who does the DD and reports to the members, who does the accounting, etc.
All good stuff. Properly executed, we could become our own MM...wouldn't that give the Shrubbers some indigestion!!!
MGLG bit's ...

The shrubettes are ... I know this never happens ... contradicting themselves over this.
Since the post reply tally is way down, might be worth a gander over there ... back it up 20 or 25 replies, couple of bit's on Scotty.
My lack of pennywise accumen is reading this as 'not good' if they are 'exiting' - Sounds like ... "to the grey's you go".
How this is being spun as good news or that they have a new ticker is beyond me ...
With regards to QASP:
Being a student pilot (training on hold until next spring), I can tell you that you can easily find out if a company does indeed own specific aircraft by searching the N-number (tail number) at the FAA's website.
Seeing as how these two planes were just purchased...chances are the new registration is not in the FAA database yet. It takes time.
However...they do have other airplanes (a Cessna 172) that have been in their possession for a while. Chances are...that plane will show up if you check Flightaware (www.flightaware.com) and find Herlong Airport, where QASP is based.
Airplanes are the easiest things to track these days. The only way around it is if the aircraft owner specifically files to block its N-number from being publicly tracked via Flightaware and others.
Otherwise...their two recent purchases are exactly the types of aircraft needed by a Part 141 flight school, in order to train students. No matter what, everybody who flies the big planes (jets) starts out by flying the small planes.
EDIT: Here is Herlong Airport, where QASP is based. http://flightaware.com/live/airport/KHEG
Click on "overview" for all the details. IMHO, it's a pretty healthy general aviation airport. I'll keep an eye out for the C172 that QASP owns.
Simply amazing.....I wonder when they are going to come out of BK. I just don't want to get stuck with the stock if they come out with a .v version. I have talked to their IR in the past and they told me they didn't know what was going on with the stock yet. It might be worth a check.
Ill ask again, anyone have any advice for me concerning buying ETFC call options?
I want to start trading options, but am very unsure of the process.
I am reading Dr Dave's forum on the topic and learning tho.
Shots,
I am not an options guy. I have explored it, but don't have enough knowledge. Dr. Dave is the man here with options. I just thought I would post this so you didn't think I was ignoring you.
