Ohh, so you're the one who took it down. Thanks!

Has Frear spoken yet? I was thinking he comes on just now.
anyone hearing the call...I can't get it
They are just playing music right now. Up now at 9:04am
It all sounded good to me!!!
at work.........anything new to note or of importance?
It was interesting to hear that Frear was not happy with the royalty deal. If I heard him right he said the street liked it but he thinks its to high. The way I took his answers overall, we are a money making machine. He talked about the buy back briefly and used a number of 600 million shares and made that all sound great for the company.
any new info spilled by the man! SP holding steady
neg press

revenue guidance miss, 3.7 vs 3.83B
The media can turn even the best news into SH!T. I would low ball all my numbers if I had to deal with them. In this economy any money you make is good. Losing it is bad but I don't think they get that because as long as you lose as much money as they expect you to your okay (crap)!!
Frear sounds confident and competent. They feel that SIRI has long legs for the next 10 years!:money:
EDIT: And won't be reaching saturation anytime soon as in the next decade......
Company in GREAT shape, long and strong.
Short term I PERSONALLY feel a bit overbought so taking shares of the table, cash ready to pounce ASAP.
Anybody else use "trade architect" from TDameritrade? You can watch CNBC thru it and when the commercials come on it goes silent and doesn't play them...love it!
re: Malone & RMT - to be safe:
I switched 2/3rds of my SiriusXM to LMCA
next few days I'll get Starz; which I may keep or sell
I know this is old news from earlier today but does anyone get the impression Sirius XM management is sandbagging 2013 earnings expectations? Slowing growth??? I mean with SAAR estimated at 15.5m and the preowned program gathering speed, it seems like a lower expectations so we can beat scenario to me.

Earlier today i was reminded of my Alan Farley book titled "Master Swing Trader", and after a bit of web surfing I relocated his 30 rules of swing trading which I thought to be worth sharing here. Given that most of us are actually Swing traders as opposed to Day traders by definition, hopefully these rules can be of service to you:

Please look up the history of what Malone does.
He always wins; every deal I looked at the average investor wins too
However in the deals Malone (or his side) takes more. The average investor gets less. (sometimes a tiny% sometimes a significant % less)
He can do what he wants with the RMT and buy-back
Also in general share buy-backs come at inopportune times for long term share holders. This way I'm on both sides favoring Malone.
I would have sold my tax-able account but the profits I expect would push me up one bracket.
GTL the community (in particular BM's forum which seems to have died off) because I made more money trading SiriusXM than any other investment I have and more than payroll income than I earned in the past 10yrs!
To all of you who post your thoughts and charts - THANK YOU
O.T.........now this has to be a first: "NO PLAYERS ELECTED TO BASEBALL HALL OF FAME, FROM LIST THAT INCLUDED BONDS, CLEMENS, SOSA"................ This must be an omen (for something).............maybe something bizzaar is in the cards for SIRI.
