If you examine the statistics Fox news watchers are the most ignorant on subject questionaires. Horrifying how off they can be. I bet if you took a poll of their viewers a large % would still believe that Saddam Hussein had something to do with 9/11.

No, you don't love a good arguement. You love to argue, and yes, sometimes I do too.

You might not like Fox, but the tea partiers probably don't like Rachel Maddow or Keith Olbermann either. The problem is the lack of respect. If there is no respect, there can't be civility, discourse or debate. You may not like Fox News, and I can't speak to that specific station, but Fox Business News routinely has liberals / democrats on - Erica Payne, Carl Jefferies, the censured Charles Rangel, Christina Romer, Mary Ann Marsh - all have been on multiple times - just to name a few off the top of my head.

I think you would find if you researched it that Fox news has less liberals on then Msnbc has Conservatives.

The main point again is that you cant have a sane country with people who believe multiple falsehoods.
The level of hatred of Obama based on untruths is out of control (where did i hear those words?)
Fox news consistently appear as the station whose viewers get their facts most wrong. You cant get around that. Its extremely dangerous for a Democracy in my opinon

I get enough MSNBC from you and Atypical. It's still a two way street. I'm sure there are some that think MSNBC is propogating falsehoods. Not every liberal is perfectly informed, and I don't think I'm off base on that.

Here in Michigan, the liberals have spun a decent web of half truths. They accuse our governor of "stealing from the poor and elderly and give it to the rich". That is demogoguery. He did make some sweeping reforms. He's taxing pension income for the first time in this state (that's stealing from the elderly). When I retire, I will write some decent checks to the government on my 401k and IRA, and I have no choice but to accept it.

He eliminated the earned income tax credit (that's stealing from the poor). I need to learn more on that one.

Lastly, he eliminated double taxation on business owners. They were getting hit once for their business and once for personal income (that's giving it to the rich).

Regardless of whether you agree with these reforms or even understand the goal of these reforms (commerce creates a tax base), the left is misinforming individuals on the exact nature of the changes with emotional demogoguery. That isn't right.
