Corporations are commonly predatory due to their insatiable lust for profit. Consumers are prey to be fleeced.
Democrats did something right by creating an agency to protect the public from this assault.
The right is against this agency. Know who your enemies are.

There is a slowly growing awareness by the public of a plan called 'Project 25.' It is a playbook for the first months of a second Trump administration. Its contents fit precisely into all the other schemes the right uses to bring about fascism in this country.
Those who support this and the rest of the authoritarian right-wing agenda show their hatred for this country.
The wealthy, powerful and religious psychopaths want it all.

There is no doubt that the corporate lust for profit is responsible for the "inflation" we have been feeling.
How many instances of price gouging don't we know about?...and will never know about?

Corporations caught AGAIN gouging the public.
Unregulated capitalism is not your friend.

When corporate greed and corruption is abetted by government indifference (aka, corporate capture), terrible things can occur.
The current Boar's Head food safety reports are a frightening example. Remember it, and others, when a repuke says we don't need regulations on business.

There are a many recent reports of food recalls due to contamination.
Government food safety oversight frequently allows companies to "improve" their operations without government supervision if dangerous conditions are found. This may not be appropriate and reeks of the stench of corporate capture.
Boar's Head is a current example. Deficiencies at a plant were identified two years ago but corrections were not forced.
People were sickened and died.

Those who support unregulated capitalism are responsible for this.

Rampant corporate corruption with no effective legal penalties continues. No one is ever prosecuted for creating or managing these illegal and unethical activities.
Minuscule fines are levied instead.
That'll teach em!

This and other environmental disasters are what repukes ignore to repay their donors.

The killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO has released some simmering resentment against healthcare company policies and the exorbitant remuneration "earned" by top corporate executives in all industries.
Over decades both parties have pushed policies that benefit businesses to increase the money given to them by those who have gained from their support.
As we just saw, the pressure will not be contained forever.
It's much worse than you know.
