I think it is an admittance to failure. I believe that they have a lot of work to do. That BTU issue has been around forever and it is going to take a while to get everything to different lines. After that, then flow numbers......there is a lot to do there. I sure wouldn't expect immediate results. They are having real problems. In addition, that plant won't be open until 2011, so there are probably better places to put that money right now if possible...otherwise...a person would just have to wait or take a loss. I don't see anything in there to make the price go up, but then keep in mind that I am usually ass backwards.Quote:
