Does the President condemn the person who sent the bombs? Of course not. The pompous narcissistic blowhard is worried about Republicans not retaining control of the House. Cesar Sayoc's van is covered with dozens of Trump photos and stickers such as "My President" along with stickers that say "CNN SUCKS" and "dishonest media." The van also bears pictures of the faces of prominent Democrats -- with red targets drawn on them. Why did this van not attract the attention of police and the FBI before today??? And Donald Trump still refuses to acknowledge that his hateful rhetoric motivated Sayoc to send pipe bombs to CNN and the prominent Democrats whom Trump continually criticizes and denounces. Remember the UNAbomber? I like the Daily Mail's appellation for Sayoc: The MAGAbomber.

The federal deficit hit $779 billion in fiscal year 2018, the highest since 2012. Republicans have suggested that the US needs to cut entitlements — Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security — to get the deficit under control. But according to a new Marist/NPR/PBS poll, 60% of Americans would rather reverse the GOP's Tax Cuts & Jobs Act and raise revenue to deal with the deficit rather than make cuts. Just 21% of Americans would rather make cuts to the entitlement programs. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the TCJA will add $1.5 trillion to the federal deficit over the next decade.
Even a plurality of GOP voters don't even agree with the party's plan to deal with the deficit. According to the poll, 43% of Republicans said they would prefer to reverse the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act to address the growing debt, while 32% said cutting entitlements was their preferred method.

Yes, one of the slogans of mail-bomb sender Cesar Sayoc. Trump, who views the news coverage of the pipe bombs and Sayoc as an attack on himself and the Republicans, declared, "The media's constant unfair coverage, negative attacks and deep hostility only serve to drive people apart." Of course Trump remains blind to his own negative attacks and deep hostility.

Trump refused to telephone any of the Democrats to whom pipe bombs were sent -- something which certainly any other President would have done. As if that wasn't bad enough, today the President (who acts like a 10-year-old spoiled brat) ignored his own speech about how we need to "come together" and insulted one of those Democrats with his typical childish name-calling. Trump is an embarrassment and a disgrace. He is the "crazed and stumbling lunatic."
