Nite is desperate for shares and is having a hard time getting them. They have forced this stock down for months and they are losing alot of shares to longs that know what they own.
I wont be giving them any shares cheap at these levels.
This in my opinion will head to .10 as shares dry up and are in strong hands.
Hold tight and buy the dips.
No kidding....NITE is running out of shares from what I can ascertain. Here is a post from miggle.
Here you go.
The website should be complete by next week and the share structure will be updated at the end of the month at the latest.

"You are an idiot! your post are the same over and over and i am not defending the company and can't figure out why you say that every time you reply to my post. You have a complex because your way is the only way (right) and barely agree with anyone unless they are quoting you. So you and your goat can go to hell. btw the company sucks no arguement there and i am only replying to your post from how you treat people on this board and ridicule 60% of the post and poster. WTF are you the sheriff of this board?"

"Notice how the MMs are dropping the Bid/Ask to get people enticed to sell
They are completely desperate for shares.
Buy the dips and when momentum hits thats when your appreciation of the stock value kicks in. Its coming. "
The chart looks like Manhattan's skyline.

Just for the record , I think some of the media are just spinning it this way.
If you read the comments section of this article "http://boortz.com/nealz_nuze/2009/08/buy-a-clunker-now-hand-over-yo.html " , I think you will find that is not the case.In short , some are saying you pay sales tax twice on the money which isn't the case. The $4500 is considered the trade-in price which is then deducted from the price of the vehicle you are purchasing and that is what you will pay sales tax on.
As far as being considered as income , some say that some States that have an income tax may try to consider this as income for state taxas , however , the Fed Expressly provides that the credit is not income.
New PR's today on BEHL and EVFL...wheres the bump?
