Two blocks of 10,818,720 were bought @0.16 on 16:00:05. I've always loved green. :)
Another 250K block bought @0.1565 on 17:18hrs. There is the occasional sell in the 0.14+ range, but the prepoderance of buys now seem to be @.1555

FCC EXTENDS DEADLINE FOR SIRIUS XM CHANNEL LEASES
WASHINGTON -- February 27, 2009: Today was supposed to be the deadline for Sirius XM to lease 4 percent of the channels on each service to qualified entities, but now the FCC has given the satcaster more time, acknowledging that Sirius XM doesn't have enough information to go ahead with the leases.
Leasing channels in the interest of "fostering competition and diversity" was a condition of the FCC's approval of the Sirius-XM merger, and it was supposed to be implemented within four months. The FCC has already extended the deadline once on its own motion.
And now, to establish procedures for Sirius XM to follow, the FCC is seeking public comment on a number of issues, including the definition of qualified entity, a procedure to establish eligibility, qualifications for lessees, the criteria for choosing among applicants, and the length of the required "long-term" leases. It's also inviting comment on whether there should be one lessee or several and how much capacity each of several lessees should be granted.
Sirius XM has said it is willing to not be involved in choosing who leases its channels, so the FCC also wants to hear from the public on that idea, and on who will choose if Sirius XM doesn't.
With all that to be settled, the FCC has extended the deadline until May 29.
i saw that demian, i wouldnt see why, i think the mm's are ready to take it up, simple as that.
Some interesting findings from the Public Radio Technology Survey 2008.....
http://www.mediabuyerplanner.com/200...tal-techology/
- Among public radio listeners, watching TV daily (74%) takes a backseat to radio (88%) as a daily medium for entertainment and information.
- Internet use is consistent with other generation-based research, but high-speed access is nearly ubiquitous among public radio listeners.
- Satellite radio plays a role in the overall media usage spectrum, but is far from a mass appeal outlet. Only one in ten (12%) listeners currently subscribes to Sirius XM. Among satellite radio subscribers, 66% are satisfied to at least some degree.
- HD Radio is in the embryonic stage among public radio listeners. Though 47% of respondents are aware of it, only 3% use it.
- More than half (52%) of public radio listeners own an MP3 player such as an iPod, and 54% have downloaded and listening to a podcast. Some 6% of total listeners own an iPhone.
- More than half (55%) of public radio listeners stream audio, and 41% say they listen to public radio more because the station they want to listen to streams. Among the same group, 62% say they listen to National Public Radio (NPR)
