SIRI Intraday Updates for the Week of 2/09/09

If all of this speculation and BS is true and Ergen does own a bunch of the Feb. and Dec. bond debt, Mel will not just hand over that much of the company's control to Ergen by not coming up with the Feb. debt payment. Mel wiil at least come up with the Feb. debt payment to buy more time.....

I have called this BS from when the story first broke......

Others, like Siriusowner say that BK is highly likely - I say, there is no ****ing chance in hell Mel doesn't pay off the Feb debt.

No BK anytime soon..........buy SIRI now!

It's sad watching that heavy volume and seeing all those shorts get to cover so cheap.......they know there is no BK. This is no different than a dark alley mugging.......scaring people and stealing their shares.

FOX News just said possible bk for SIRI in the next two days, but uncertain...(Not being a negative Nancy)

Tripping....

Nortel had declining revenues and a declining business - SIRI is still a growing business.

Nortel had no way to come up with the money - SIRI does.

My question is this....why wouldn't Mel come out and say these artilces are wrong or fabricated or even premature?

I would think that if he came out and said something positive...ANYTHING positive that the stock price would shoot up at these levels, no?

I said BK is highly likely but I did not say it will happen. If it does not happen then I am happy for you guys but if it does, I did warn y'all...

Just wait till the cover is ripped away and the truth is exposed.........no BK.
