Brother and sister Nino Tempo and April Stevens, born Antonio and Caroline Lo Tempio, had several 1960s hits including Stardust, Whispering, Tea For Two, Sweet & Lovely, All Strung Out and the 1963 number one Deep Purple. Nino also played saxophone with the group of session musicians known as The Wrecking Crew. April died in 2023.
