"Stop the steal," she wrote on Facebook. “Either we TAKE power back or we will never be free again. No more asking nicely. Our founding fathers warned us. This is not a drill." Now we learn her charity has funneled $2,000,000 to Donald Trump. On her Facebook page, she is being called "sick," a "crook" and a "traitor" – and a few names I would not want to repeat.

Two men who sprayed Officer Brian Sicknick in the face with bear repellent during the January 6 riot at the Capitol have been arrested. Sicknick died the following day. The men have not been charged with murder because investigators have not yet determined that the bear spray directly caused the officer's death.

During the 2020 Presidential race, Trump attempted to emulate Richard Nixon by declaring himself to be the "law and order" candidate – and then instigated an insurrection by telling his blindly loyal supporters to march to the Capitol and "fight like hell." More than 300 have been arrested for assault, violent entry, trespassing, conspiracy, destruction of government property and other crimes.
