I do not want to jinx myself.....but i was just able to score 5k trading shares of siri at 3.3499 just about near the low of the day. Knock on wood. Manipulation for the sell off today?
New low of the day so far 3.32....yup jinxed myself.

How does anyone know how many Subs have cancelled.......a lot.....as in 100 or 10,000 or 100,000 what is a lot and how do you know.
No way of telling Denco.....its will be a part of siri management secrete shroud....just like how many subs howard pulls in. I have never listened to Anthony and Opie Just for the record. However what i dont get is that sirixm mentions racism....yet from what i read on what Anthony said....i did not see one racist comment. He called her some vile things but never crossed the racist line in my book. Over the weekend a newspaper columnist actually used the "N" word in a title featuring a write up on the president of the united states, yet that barely got any mention or kickback. I'm pretty sure that guy still has his job. This country just don't make sense anymore. Again even tho i have not once listened to these shock jocks....i say if they didnt use racist language....just hire them back already and save face sirixm!Quote:

I am disappointed in SiriusXM. SiriusXM should stand for radio you can't get elsewhere. Instead they are politically correct and fire some guy named Anthony. Makes for news. Anthony's fans are in an uproar - as well they should be. SiriusXM should allow all voices to be heard - let it be the 'free press' of radio. I guess not. SiriusXM has decided the fringe is going to be censored. Yet the fringe fans have to buy SiriusXM or something else because terrestrial (ad supported) radio cannot host these fringe radio hosts and make money. The news of management being political correctness made me want to sell my shares. I wonder how much of the downward pressure in the share price was due to the overall market and how much from shareholders losing faith in management and selling. I've made enough of a profit and while I will not sell this week - I'm re-examining my reasons for holding this stock. I am so sadden that management is politically correct.

I have been holding this stock since 2009...i have made a six figure profit in that time frame. However, if this qrtr report fails to meet or beat and or this stock does not start some serious appreciation in value i am going to have to give a hard look at letting it all go and cashing out. The last year or so in siri has been a huge disappointment. Sometimes i get the feeling they just want to keep it suppressed to frustrate us reet holders so we sell.....and then when we do....boom it explodes upward. I understand the whole keep it low for the buyback theory....but this is getting real old guys.

I haven't added anything to my SIRI position in a year. Instead, I have built larger positions in other companies and thank God I did or I'd be in the red instead of green for the year.
I don't have billions of dollars to keep me content while the buybacks and whatever the future plan is to play out like our fine Dr. malone.
