HoldCo should be announced today. The name should be SIRI holing inc. Don't have any more details. Got the info. from my Scottrade Broker. My ticker had changed to SIRI## temporarily.....so I called and he said they were changing the EDIT ticker today....EDIT - -or by Monday
What exactly is going on? Company changing name and ticker or something? My holdings are all grayed out on my Fidelity account. Similar to when I buy or sell or there is a div. It's N/A until the next day when it updates.Quote:

I think the hold co. has to do with the new Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Services Inc., maybe their planning on putting it in our holding company, but that's just a guess.

IKN, I am also holding some ONVO shares, and it's crazy. ONVO is making NO money and its SP quadruples within a year. SIRI is making gobs of money and we stagnate in a high 3's. TOTAL BS!!
