Quit with the drama Lloyd. I ain't "pushing" anything on anybody. As I recall, you were Schiff's best buddy when you used him to take on John re: Laffer. I've read his books. He makes sense to me. Von Mises economics make sense. It's kind of like physics. Things behave according to laws of science. In this world of fiat money, the laws decay, or maybe there are no laws??? Or maybe the US can do whatever it likes with no reprocussions?
What I said about Celente is that he predicted food riots just as Roubini has. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't advocate Celente. I simply found another person agreeing with Roubini. Maybe Roubini is crazy too? haha. Maybe I'll spend some time trying to find a whack job who agrees with Krugman (who himself may be considered a snake oil salesman depending on your perspective - peddling his wares via the NY Times??, and yet you push him on people).
Wouldn't it be interesting to see a debate between Schiff and Krugman? I googled that and got a virus lol.

No drama. Relax. I only used Schiff to push back against John's love of Laffer. Thats all!
Unless i read and heard it wrong, Celente said there would be food riots (and revolution by 2012.) in the U.S. I dont believe Roubini was talking about the U.S. Am i right?
I would love to see a debate between Krugman and Schiff.
Krugman doesnt sell financial advice on a website and via newsletter. But good try. Lmfao.

Good points. It would be really scary if it did happen here. With individual States not able to monetize their own debts, we may very well see turmoil as this unfolds.
