Would they delay announcing quarterly results to present refinancing info not germaine to that quarter? If I were presenting, I'd take the opportunity to seperate the announcements, if both were expected to be good news. That makes me think that there is bad news to present with any good news coming. I suspect that the quarter isn't as good as we had hoped.
I'll stand pat for now. No more purchases.

NEW YORK, March 2, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- SIRIUS XM Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) today announced that it will file a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delay filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008.
SIRIUS XM is in the process of preparing its Annual Report on Form 10-K and will file the Form 10-K no later than March 17, 2009. The Company noted that senior management has been focused on the recent refinancing transactions and needs additional time to complete its Form 10-K.
The company also announced that it will file a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its two subsidiaries, XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Inc., delaying filing of their Annual Reports on Form 10-K to not later than March 17, 2009.
SIRIUS XM also plans to hold a conference call at 8:00 am ET on March 17, 2009 to discuss its financial and operating results. Investors and the press can listen to the conference call via the company's website, www.sirius.com, and on its satellite radio service by tuning to SIRIUS channel 126 or XM channel 90.
What's the difference between being "not approved at this time" or being "rejected"?
