IMHO regarding the R/S! i think at the May shareholder meeting they will ask to amend the R/S down from 1-10 to 1-50 range to 1-2 to 1-20 range.The only way there won't be one is if the Stock price gets to $5.00 by Dec 09.
The only reason to do 1 now is for the share dilution only.Delisting in MHO is off the table..Personally i see a $1.50 to $2.00 SP by then,it would only need a 1-3 or1-5 R/S..
regardless of this little dip (I'm thinking we'll get support at .23)
I believe the 1 year target I see on yahoo will need to be "altered" very soon...
(it shows .30).....
