Hey Julie,no problem ,give me your password at work too and i'll have your job secure in no time!!!!:p:rolleyes:
Sure Johnny, coming right up. I'll send along those blueprints you
have been requesting too. That way when I return home there will be
all kinds of 'surprises' in store for me.
Just make sure you stick with the split we agreed upon.
I know I can trust you JohnnyIrish. ;)
Julie
Thanks, I'm sure I will. I really hope it cools off though, pretty
miserable trudging along in the heat. I am not even going to bring
my laptop along. I can just imagine the attitude my sister would
give me if I pulled that thing out. She just doesn't understand! :D
Are you still sticking with Plan A or are you thinking about Plan B as
a possibility? Remember your 'uniform' hasn't arrived yet and I really
think the Good Humor Man white suit may be a bit too conspicuous.
Plus, you would have all those little kids following behind and it might be
hard to shake them. Especially when they start screaming for ice
cream. Although white would really show off your tan, and I'm sure you would look quite handsome in your mug shots. ;)
Let me know. :D
Julie
Thanks for your thoughts, SXMin. I'm going to put a buy in for
.56 for Monday. That will be good for one day anyway. For some reason
I can't stand to see that money sitting there idle.
Although I could bring it with me, and put it to good use. I sooo need a
new purse! Maybe WANT would be a better word. :D
Enjoy your weekend. :)
Julie
Julie, do you really need back in that bad to not give it another week or two? Im just sayin' do you really think we are going up 45% before you get back? 45% would be 80 cents from .55 with no retracing over the next 2 weeks, just sayin is all:D...considering we are already up from .39 not too long ago that would be a near double in a few weeks.
and then if we did, when you get back you could sell another 5k shares and wait for a pull back and get back more...ok, ok, i went too far...:o
somehow im almost at 2000 posts i think that puts me in elite status...
No Romo, you didn't go too far. I really appreciate your
thoughts! Gave me something to think about. It just occurred to me
YOU are the one who stepped up to the plate, or took the bait, whatever
way you want to look at it. :p You mentioned a 30/30 rule. What you said makes
a lot of sense. I will practice, yet again, my patience skills. After all I
won't be looking at the stock for a whole 3 1/2 days. (that's 84 hours!) :D
When is your 30 day rule up, seems you mentioned Sept 6?
Who knows we may be seeing the 40's again.
Julie
Congratulations on your almost 2,000 posts. I am in awe.
I had better start pushing out those one sentence posts, I have a lot of catching up to do!
Just giving you some food for thought...doesn't mean im right.
Set a GTC buy at .4751 and wait a bit, if nothing else... if it takes off then the next pull back could be .56 and you can still get in then. Personally I think your('re) trying to buy on the HOM high of the month. Only time will tell. edit: ok, not high of the month, i think im trying to say high for the rest of the month.
It has to break .60 and .64 before it gets out of control, if it does break them...maybe you get back at .59 on a pull back from there and call it a learning experience.
My 30days would be Monday the 7th.
momentum slowed on friday and there looks like it was sold off at the end of the day....Another indicator would be that its in a very OVERBOUGHT condition, do i know what that means? not totally, but my experiences say the next thing to come is a sell off and a dip in price. If we closed at .56ish friday maybe monday goes down from there, at least at some point during the day.
Patience is the key in investing...Ive been working really really hard to learn patience.
Id say .565 is a place to sell not buy, but im just playing stock market analyst, im not actually one...we will know more on monday/tuesday
Question. Let's say there is a dip in price Monday. Would it necessarily
stay there until, oh let's say Friday. :) Or will it bounce back up quickly.
Disclaimer: I, Romo, am only giving my opinion and Julie understands this
totally!
In other words, is that boat going to pull away again without me? :)
Hope *your('re) enjoying the weekend,
Julie
*We are NEVER going to let that one go. :D
Not to much, Socal. Just out gathering wood for the fireplace.
Real Housewives of Orange County. Now THAT'S a show to be proud of. :D
So much peroxcide, so little brains. Capiche?
Jules
Who by the way has more than 2 brain cells in her head.
You really need to start offering your 'Pearls of Wisdom' more often.
Your 219 post count is looking pretty pathetic. Oh, I'm sorry,
forgive me! Wisdom is nowhere to be found in California. :p
Good night.

Julie, Romo, SoCal, Bassmaster..... Here's my two cents worth.
SIRI is becoming a REAL stock again. It's days as a penny stock are over.
With that in mind, consider this. A REAL stock like Ford, GE, Coke, Walmart, Sears,...whatever, usually doesn't correct more than 5 to 10% before it starts to climb again. Let's say SIRI takes a 10% correction. That only puts it at 52 cents. And that's a what if. There is a lot of positive news that can have a positive effect on SIRI. So, the 10% correction may not happen this week or next. If a person buys at 58 cents, sooner or later, they are going to profit from that buy. If you wait till 65 cents, you lose some potential profit. I've been buying a few thousand shares everyday for the last week. It's been a pretty profitable ride so far.
I know, I know.... I'm just too damn positive. But, it's how I feel about this company. I really think the worst is behind us and other investors are going to start jumping in before the so called boat leaves the dock without them.
With all of that in mind, here is my usual disclaimer. I'm a friggin' candlemaker, so what the hell do I know?
Have a great Sunday everyone. Julie, enjoy Chicago, it is a really wonderful town.
Chuck
Julie,
That was originally on Motley Fool last Friday. It is very positive and upbeat. This is what I'm talking about. There may be quite a few investors that read this stuff over the weekend and decide to buy early this week.
By the way, great job on the linking. Your skills are just amazing. They should make you President of the Bank very soon!:)
Darn, now I have to go to the beach and put up with all that sunshine and cool ocean breeze. I hate doing that:rolleyes:
Thanks, Chuck. I, (We) always appreciate your two cents worth!
Obviously you're a candlemaker who knows a lot.
How else could you be living the life, lying on the beach and watching
the dolphins? Not just from selling candles. :)
Thanks for your well wishes on my trip to Chicago. It is thundering
here, hopefully it won't follow me on the train.
Be back Thursday.
Julie
See post above. Chuck, for you. :p
