You said last night on your show that the RS was mentioned in one of the SEC filings lately. Which one and what did it say?

I think RS is something the company was preparing for in case NASDAQ enforced delisting rules based on low SP. To do a RS, SIRI needed shareholder approval and then filed that fact with SEC. It by no means indicates they have to do RS or will. Since NASDAQ has extended the delist exemptions for some time, SIRI has time to build SP and avoid RS. As long as their biz moves up and SP moves up, I don't see mgmt doing RS because it usually is very bad news. Most RS don't work and the companies that do it end up in the dumper. Not always, but most of the time. And NASDAQ has an incentive to continue relaxing the delist rules because so many listed companies are now penny stocks. They can't afford to delist hundreds of companies. Very bad for them too. have a good weekend.Quote:

As we go up... we could compare notes and and you guys who love your credit for your guesses will be awarded with verbal confirmation by the group to the one who comes up with closest low number with a 3 cent to 5 cent swing up from their. If you been following Siri long enough this is a minium swing on sirius and on 10,000 shares its worth a $100 per penny.. Then with this we can develope a secondary holding to cusion the last blow if we do get hit with a reverse split in the future....and if not it will become part of your core....
So i would appriciate any input on the way up....maybe we could have our own daily page where we can go put in our info and take it from their...
I think it would make it fun for all and even the less sophisticated investors or beginners can learn to trade a little make some money and then we can all add to our shares with out going into our pockets....any further..Tony:cool:
sworn - sounds like we're playing a similar game - difference is I haven't had to average down - but generally same idea. I have my core - which won't get touched - (no matter how tempting it is as we climb) and then a 15% over core play block. The 15% block I will trade was entered at .32 and I will sell it at .52...Quote:

Nothing about this stock is currently predictable. There is no indication it won't drop/retrace.... anyone that thinks they can predict this stock is fooling themselves.......
Back to my own view....
I reentered at .32 - and if I was you - I'd come in at .36 - because I personally think we get over .52 on the next spike up. Is it a gamble - yes
Will my strategy pay off? only time will tell....

Ok, So what im gonna do is have my fixed order (That means a order always ready for a unpredictable spikedown) from the one I had at .25... I would pretty much speculate we are out of the 20's perminatly to .32...There is nothing to lose having this order in place as long as you can pay for it if triggered....and now a realistic order for 1 cent lower than close which is .36
and their was 1 sale AH friday @ .36 but most of them were .37 and higher
even though their were orders filled at .37 they would not fill my 2 @
.37 orders for 5000 each....Hey i just figure ill have a shot at getting it cheaper monday....But by midday monday something should be purchased and in place for the closing which usually finishes strong anyway.....then set your order for your goal price and wait.....52 sounds great if it gets their right away thats great...but if it bounces 3x's at least in 5 trading days with some reasonable spreads like .36 in .42 out... then .39 in .45 and then anything less than .45 in and out at if you say 52 and you compounded shares as you went back in.. what can be better than that.. and what a big accomplishment....
Rick, I am around during the day trading with Bill and Ray daily... so i will drop in real time to read comments about siri for adjustments.. i read your guys post during the day but i usually just take a quick peek in being so busy with other stocks and Bill & Ray but I have been watching this one for over a year everyday and sometimes watching too much you get snow blind so the more eyes the better.......anyway Thanks Again and I hope we could get good heads together and kick some Ass...Tony:cool:

Sellers dried up late Friday. Thursdays call was based on the short selling that occurred at .37. Note the EOD spike to .3999. Unfortunately, the mm's held it at .37 all day Friday and used that as a covering op.Quote:
