He now says Joe Biden's use of the Autopen, a device that replicates signatures, could be a "bigger scandal." In 2005, the White House Office of Legal Counsel stated that a President may direct a subordinate to affix his signature to a bill using the mechanism. Barack Obama used the Autopen in 2011 to sign an extension of the Patriot Act. King Donald doesn't use the Autopen. It takes him only two seconds to sign his name with a large illegible scrawl.
