Savery Moonlighting at Sirius XM Customer Care?
Four-letter reply for Sirius XM subscriber.
Sirius XM Radio has already caught the attention of attorneys general in several states looking into how its call centers were treating subscribers, including refusing to allow people to cancel their service. But a case in Columbus, OH is a lot more personal.
When subscriber Aaron Kulwicki got into a dispute with a company operator, voices were raised and he ultimately cancelled his service. Then two weeks later he received a letter from Sirius XM with an expletive replacing his last name. Kulwicki tells WBNS-TV that it was “probably a disgruntled worker having a bad day at work” and he admits he found it “somewhat humorous” when the letter arrived. But what angered him was when he called to complain, he got nowhere after three tries. So he called his local TV station’s consumer reporter. Thanks to the WBNS-TV report, Kulwicki finally received an apology and a free year of satellite radio service for his trouble.
