Emperor Trump's decision to assassinate an Iranian general without first obtaining the consent of Congress accomplished very little other than to make Iran and other Muslim nations hate America more than they already did. Trump gloats because he "took out a terrorist." In truth, he's created thousands more – and he's put every American at risk. او یک خرفت خطرناک است

A New York prosecutor said Collins showed "greed and disregard for the law." In other words, a typical Republican Congressman. And Collins was the first Congressman to support the Presidential bid of Donald Trump, who also shows greed and disregard for the law. Small world, isn't it?

Trump inflated his assets in order to get loans from Deutsche Bank. Trump violated campaign finance laws by making hush-money payments to women with whom he'd had affairs. Trump refuses to release his tax returns. Trump has filed lawsuits to block subpoenas for his financial records. Trump is highly secretive about his financial dealings with other countries. What is he hiding? Criminal investigations into Trump's finances could last many years. "Lock him up! Lock him up!"
The impeachment trial isn't the only legal problem Trump faces. Many questions loom about his finances.

Emperor Trump's tariffs and trade wars have driven up prices, cost American consumers tens of billions of dollars, resulted in the loss of hundreds of farms and led to the loss of thousands of manufacturing jobs. The orange-skinned President who calls himself a "great deal-maker" is bragging about his "Phase 1" agreement with China as if it's a big victory for the United States. It isn't.

With Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his side, King Donald the First unveiled what he calls a "realistic two-state solution": Israel will annex all its West Bank settlements, Jerusalem will remain the capital and eventually there will be a Palestinian state with its capital in the Arab section of East Jerusalem. CNN says the plan "caters to nearly every Israeli and was immediately rejected by Palestinians. The Los Angeles Times says the plan "is likely to fail given the lack of Palestinian involvement." דונלד טראמפ הוא אידיוט

Rodney Garcia is a typical Republican: He's been in trouble for illegal campaign contributions and a domestic dispute, he calls single mothers "deadbeats" and he accused protective services workers of kidnapping children. Now he says the Constitution gives Americans the authority to put socialists in prison or shoot them. Of course Garcia couldn't say where in the Constitution that provision is. Being a typical Republican, he's never read the Constitution.

Maine Republican Senator Susan Collins got a $150,000 re-election campaign donation – which apparently was illegal. Hey, she's just emulating Donald Trump: Whatever it takes to win, do it! Congressional Republicans won't say a word.

King Donald the First gave huge tax cuts to banks, big corporations and the wealthiest Americans (including himself). The middle class and the poor saw very little benefit from his "tax reform." Now, once again, King Donald the First is planning to inflict more pain on the poor and the middle class. And, oh yes, he's also asking for two billion dollars of taxpayer money so he can start building the expensive, unnecessary, ineffective Trump Wall monument to himself.

In Trumpworld, the topsy-turvy land of delusions where bad is good, wrong is right, down is up and the Constitution is unconstitutional, the Department of Justice exists largely to do the bidding of King Donald the First and Attorney General William Barr acts as though he's King Donald's personal attorney. Yesterday, federal prosecutors recommended a seven-to-nine-year prison sentence for former Trump campaign chairman Roger Stone, who was convicted on seven counts of obstruction, witness tampering and making false statements. Today, immediately after King Donald complained about the "horrible miscarriage of justice" and implied that Democrats, not Stone, should be in prison, the Justice Department overruled the prosecutors and decided Stone deserves a much lighter sentence. All four federal prosecutors who handled the case against Stone have now resigned. In Trumpworld, justice is whatever King Donald the First says it is.

Now that King Donald the First knows he is above the law and above the Constitution and is free to do whatever he wants without any accountability or Congressional oversight, we can expect his flagrant abuses of power to increase dramatically. King Donald will elevate his lackeys and sycophants to executive positions, fire any officials who dare to question him or criticize him, continue to savagely attack Democrats and the news media, continue to spew slander and false accusations against his political opponents, continue to use American assets for personal gain and, to whatever extent he is able to do so, force all three branches of government to do his bidding. Congressional Republicans have destroyed our federal republic and given us an unrestrained, all-powerful, self-serving King. February 5, 2020: The day America died.

Congressional Republicans, all of whom have sold their souls to Donald Trump, see absolutely nothing wrong with King Donald interfering with the sentencing of former campaign chairman Roger Stone. Democrats see plenty wrong. Chuck Schumer said Trump is using the Justice Department as his"personal law firm" and Richard Blumenthal is calling for Attorney General William Barr to resign. Of course we now live in an autocracy. Justice is whatever King Donald the First says it is.

Senate Republicans, all of whom have sold their souls to Donald Trump, knew they would be creating a monster when they voted to acquit him on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of justice. They knew they would be creating a power-mad, self-serving King who is above the law and above the Constitution, free to do whatever he wants, answerable to no one and accountable to no one – but, hey, he's a Republican, so it's all right.

Senate votes to limit war with Iran
HuffPost US, Feb 13 2020 2:52 PM
More than one month after President Donald Trump ordered a missile strike that resulted in the death of a top Iranian general, the Senate today passed a measure that would limit him from engaging in further hostilities against the country without first getting approval from Congress. Eight Republicans joined all Democrats and Independents in voting to advance a resolution from Senator Tim Kaine that would end "hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran or any part of its government or military" unless explicitly authorized. It required only a simple majority to clear the chamber.

King Donald the First has spent three years insisting there's a "Deep State" conspiracy working to undermine his Presidency. He has claimed, with absolutely no evidence, that "Crooked Hillary, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Shifty Schiff, Steele" and even Robert Mueller are part of the "Deep State." It turns out there is no "deep state." King Donald the First has deep delusions, deep derangement and deep paranoia.

King Donald the First claims Article II of the Constitution gives him the power to do anything he wants. Senate Republicans, all of whom have sold their souls to Donald Trump, voted to acquit him on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, thereby ensuring that he is above the law and above the Constitution and can indeed do whatever he wants. That includes interfering with the Department of Justice and the FBI – something he has done repeatedly, although he lies and says he hasn't.
