Of course you ignore that fact that you have been all over the map on the cash for clunker program. First you were opposed and then somewhat acknowledged some benefit but did still not accept it completely because it didnt follow your ideological perspective, and now all negative again. Obviously there were some complaints from dealers. Duh! In the world i live in there are always complaints about any and all programs. That aint the point
They all got paid eventually. And you know as well as i do, that if you ask the dealers they are overwhelmingly positive about the program and damn glad it came along when it did. I thought you were the guy who thought it was important what small businesses thought about things. i quess not when it doesnt adhere to your rigid ideological viewpoint.

keep believing that the world has gotten colder in the last 10 years and will continue to get colder. You are going to end up with egg on your face and i am going to enjoy you try to SQUIRM out of that.
I will remind for the umpteenth time about the prominent anti climate change weatherman you chose to IGNORE once again who admitted that this winter was the HOTTEST on record. Just the facts.

The oil, gas, coal industries would not be anywhere where they are in terms of cost per kw. without enormous help and advantages. So if hydrogen cars are only 5 to 7 years behind hybrids right now and since hybrids are about 3% of the cars on the road right now in this country, are you are saying that Hydrogen cars will only be 3% behind hybrids in 5, 10, 20 years from now?

Once again this has been gone over time and time and time again. ONLY YOU THAT DOESNT GET IT. Energy companies are regulated BY THE GOVERNMENT to control the prices they can charge. For that reason they are given subsidies to keep the prices lower for consumers. That does not mean they would be getting into a different type of energy that cost them 20 to 30 times more if they had the choice to not do so.

I already told you when the administration changes and because of this administation and the present democrats we are going to have such majorities in government that not only will the government stop paying so much for hybrids but that we will start to stop ourselves from getting our own oil and that will kill hybrids. Hummm remember the Pinto or Chevett, most likely not, there is a reason for that.

ONCE AGAIN, one is a stop gap (at best), the other is an end solution. The end solution is only 5 to 7 years at most behind hybrids. Stop gaps never make good bussiness, End solution is what every business would like to have. You only need to come to a logical conclusion to get the answer. I know, I know havasucker???????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????

Thats because I went from what was being reported at the time, then as time went on and it was reported, we found out more facts and that it got worse.

Ho I almost forgot a few more little facts Havasucker, remember a few post ago when you were so proud of GM for paying back 13% of the TOTAL loan to the governments. Well, well, well, it just so happens the money they used to pay the government back was money held in escrow from the TARP. Even you must understand what that means, right, that means they paid the government back 13% of the total loan, WITH THE GOVERNMENTS OWN MONEY, once again LMFAO.

Because the governments are forcing them to, you twit. What do you think our government is doing when they tell the car companies they have to have an average MPG of 35 MPG. Listen so it is clear you dumb twit, there is a reason the car companies fought those regulations tooth and nail EVERYTIME the government did it. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT WAS. Reminder Bush/Cheney had control over all branches of govt for 6 years during which Bush vetoed not ONE piece of legislation. In other words he had control over all policy. During the 2 years Democrats controlled the Congress Bush vetoed every piece of Dem. legislation. I think logic would suggest that the BUCK STOPS WITH BUSH. in your preverted logic black is white, Warmer is colder, Democratic is Socialist, and Fox is truth. LMFAO.
