I really think we will see siri shoot up to a dollar here pretty quickly and because of that i haven't sold any shares yet. The company shows great opportunity for growth and quick growth at the same time BK is off the table. Only a year ago we were around $4 dollars a share. Obviously we have a good amount of dilution since then but we have more clarity on where the company is going now as well.
I'm very glad I did not pick up any FNM or AIG shares today like I was thinking yesterday. Sold my LVS for a small profit and I am back to holding 100% SIRI... something that I said I wouldn't do again. But here I am, back to holding 1 stock as usual.
I might need to learn the value of diversification the hard way... but for now, GOOOOOO SIRI!

I got into FNM that way as well as UXG and a few others... to include SIRI. I would have been in SIRI at .06 but I was busy that day and nearly missed getting back in. I'm averaged at .13 and extremely content to let this beast rise from the depths...... while I sit back and enjoy the view.
Sorry but I got to ask..... Do You Work for Wells Fargo... Do they offer a superior platform, level II, real time quotes, AH same fee trades, fixed pricing trades (when not free), depth charts?? If not..... It doesn't matter how many "Free" trades you get if your blind when you make them.....Quote:

I dropped my FNM @ $1.05..Didn't get to my computer soon enough to bag the big money early on ....Still happy from $0.62 purchase...I think they rode a big wave off of yesterday's announcement and now the rest of the world realizes they will not make as much money off of cheaper interest rates! you know i may be on to something... I should get a really good tax return this year... partially due to my latest kid being born. So if I have a kid each year from now til I retire.......add up the deductions.....put them to work in the basement.....

Hi everyone, I use Banc of America investment company...
And it cost only $7 a trade... thats it! For a while I would buy during the trading session and then settle and transfer money at the end of the day.
The money would get there and catch the 3 day settlement time and work out fine...a few days ago because of all the day trading I had them so mixed up they put a restriction on my account as a free rider...That means I was trading with unsettled funds...so either I needed to wait the 3 days to use the money after it settled or I could fill out a margine application and use it as soon as I stock is sold immediatly at no charge as long as I didnt over extend my sold stock balance...and if I choose too I can actually trade with my equity for a 3% interest which means I could use the money value or equity of my existing portfolio....If you have a savings or banking account on file with $25k min balance all trades are free! The only other charge I have ever recieve is when I would change my buy or sell order too many times with in a few minutes they would charge me a 1 cent excessive order charge....With all the conformation certs they still have to send me I really couldnt blame them....Overall Ive been very happy with them!

I don't use level II, yes to real time quotes, no AH trades and only free trades on stocks over $1 (i never planned on buying penny stocks and still don't plan on selling penny stocks)
I trade to buy stocks that are undervalued normally picking strong companies best of breed types. Got sucked into SIRI because I saw a potential lotto ticket that i thought at the time had a little risk :)

Did anyone just see a post from Brandon like one minute ago where he included a jpeg ostensibly of him at the Fast Money window in TS? He said it was raining and he'd had a few (atta boy Brandon). I went to click on the jpg, something weird happened and then the post was gone completely...Where's Rod Serling when you need him! :confused:
