Dennis Fisher, CEO and Board Member for BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc., Provides Additional Updates to Shareholders
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/15/09 -- BioCentric Energy (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) provides a Shareholder Update:
International
Feedback from the BioCentric Presentation at Algae World 2009 in Rotterdam -- to date we have received four requests for BCEA to author MOUs for our minimum 3 acre Algae Pro Photobioreactor Solution internationally -- success by our standards would be one of the four going to completed build out.
EcoFuel/Bio Cen -- BioCentric has received information on patentable environmentally altered algae strains from our Czech Republic partners to achieve maximum efficiencies -- efforts will commence next week to draft provisional patents for same.
Conversations with the Chinese are still ongoing, with the last face-to-face occurring last Monday, and have yet to go to contract -- within the next few weeks we are informed that a definitive contract will be authored for our signature -- we'll see.
Grameen Bank/UN -- From our initial proposal, Mr. Mohammed Janus has requested a White Paper, that we have yet to author, to tie http://www.iimsam.org with the Grameen Bank to deliver the BioCentric Energy Algae Pro Photobioreactors to Farmer Co-ops for a more profitable and nutritious year-round harvest crop in several third world countries.
National Update
Two colleges have been selected by BioCentric to receive, free of charge, the Algae Pro Photobioreactor. The reasoning of management to afford these photobioreactors to these institutions is for these institutions, in turn, to complete initial groundwork of ascertaining maximum growth efficiency in each site specific for each specific strain chosen.
BioCentric Energy has received financing to complete 80% of the 5000 square foot Algae Pro Photobioreactor to be built in Southern California.
BioCentric Energy has completed the engineering on a key component which will also be sent to the patent office under the auspices of a provisional patent as soon as possible.
We are informed by our webmasters that on Monday, the 18th of May, we will be able to view the completed shopping cart and our new look on the web -- due to several delays we at BioCentric believe that completion could possibly occur as late as by the end of next week.
Dennis Fisher, CEO for BioCentric Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL), stated today, "These opportunities all require considerable work to bring online to profitability and are not our number one priority. Our number one priority is to build our 5000 square foot closed loop photobioreactor here in So Cal to validate our claims of productivity, overhead, harvest, and most importantly... profitability. All other potential alliances, clients, and associations take a back seat to accomplishing our number one priority." Mr. Fisher went on to state, "My primary fiduciary responsibility is to take BioCentric to profitability, and our Team will do just that... and it all starts with the first 5000."
BioCentric Energy, Inc. is dedicated to the development of new technologies as well as acquiring and fostering companies with innovative technologies designed to provide unique and effective green energy solutions for the 21st century. Along with the cultivation of important relationships and partnerships with synergistic entities, BioCentric Energy has devoted substantial time and effort in research and development in order to bring a range of innovative green alternatives to the marketplace.
Thanks...
Sounds like they have some interesting stuff in the works.
I wonder if the SP will get a good bump up if/when they announce a contract with China.
Good morning fellas,
Is anyone thinking that the low 1.30's may be the NEW support base for OCNF? I has been tested there twice in the past week and the buyers have stepped in both times.
Just an idea...
i sure hope so. if they sign some big contracts with say the un or china yeah that should be huge.
i wonder how far ssccq is going to fall hrmmmm
I don't know...I am watching it also..
The RSI is at 3.09% (absolutely low at the moment), yet the MACD is totally bullish, so it should be going back up for the moment. I think .086 is a great buy price. At least from what I have seen so far.
Now the RSI is at 37% and the MACD is bullish, so it could be going up. It is really touch and go.
Bill,
SSCCQ: I agree with you that this is a good buy at .086. Even a skeptical buyer can see it will probably hit .10 again and that would be a +10% return on the money.
BEHL sits like turtle on a log soaking up the sunshine.
SIRI holding its line . . . it just does not want to be bought.
Bill you keep enticing me with OCNF. Interesting information earlier on about how they do business and how that affects their price. I think in will be possibly thinking about going long with them.
Hope everyone is doing well
Good Hunting
Well, here is the thing. Ray, Tony and I have been in and out of the drys so many times that we know the stocks really really well and we know what they do and what they are all about. We have tons of experience with them. My only hang up is that since the last time I sold them they haven't come back down low enough to buy and make the usual profit. (which is tremendous).
If you look at charts over the last year you can get a real feel for how they act. Actually a two year chart is even better. They shift up and down sometimes in leaps to different trading ranges. They are really interesting.
If there was any "safe" stock that I could think of, it is the dry shipping stocks.
A lot of times they will go down (which is a good thing, because I can buy more) but you know that they will go back up with time.
That is why I am so devout to them, because they are second nature to me now. The only hang-up is getting them at a good price. OCNF was at 26.00 last year. That is why I have been so patiently waiting for OCNF. I am not normally that patient with anything.
AIG keeps jumping up and down screaming for some attention. Jumped up earlier to 1.80 now back down to 1.69. I think this is a good buy in the one fifties.
Even though the market it doing marginally good my portfolio looks crappy . . .. should have unloaded late last week . . . still suffering from my laziness. Looks like another Whiskey will be needed . . . . is it noon yet??
not much volume on BEHL today.
The title has nothing to do with anything, lol.
I have a new bottle of Maker's Mark, so I am set :)
The financials are such a trip (not to be confused with Tripps). Just like everybody else, I have been in and out of them so many times. I am really doing my best to stay away from them, not because they are not money makers, but because they drive me insane. I am liking things a little more tangible now.
I see OCNF is dropping some now and the S&P is down 3.83, maybe there is some potential for a decent day, especially since it is Friday when the people with a higher I.Q. than myself go to cash or put in stops over the weekend.
I am probing around looking at some different ones today. I am intrigued with GWGI.
I might throw a grand in there and let it take off when it takes off....Maybe if I can get it for .09...just thinking about it right now.
I am still trying to bottom-fish egt @ .12, lol If I get a bite I will reel the sucker in! It is like a long shot at the race track, but what the hell, it is cheap entertainment.
SSCCQ is at .09 now. That is a good price to stock up. I should have picked up more at .086, because this is the first day in a long time that it has fallen below .09x
Oh well...
im forced to be patien atm have to wait till next week as to not mess with which funds i can withdraw and which i cant and whatnot, so heres hoping for a crash today ahahaha
p.s. everything except behl that is :o its a good old fashion show down between the bidders and askers with behl, i like it gives the impression there are very few weak hands at this pps, of course i could be wrong
i think i might of missed ocnf could be in an uptrend now, ssccq i hope can stay diown a bit longer and lvlt is another one id like to see drop just a little before buying. oh man all the options gonna have to make a decision soon.
Did you see SIRI....
Down to just about .35.
Demian posted a very interesting article which I think someone posted here on the SIRI Intraday thread.
I may have to buy back in at .35.
i have a feeling siri is going to be in a downtrend for awhile. im gonna try and be really patient in buying back siri.
I'm trying to do the same thing Tripp....
My finger is getting itchy though.....I'd hate to have some sort of IPhone announcement and be on the sidelines.....
I am going to wait a bit longer to pull the trigger though....
i think till they can prove their subs aren't jumping ship at a fast rate then its dump city. although i dont think there loss was anything surprising in this current environment it still shook out alot of those who were in siri cause it was still growing in a terrible climate which was an amazing feat, once they lost that alot of people bailed. im thinking .30 at least as the floor, if not .20's but into the .20's thats getting a bit ridiculous, but i wouldnt be surprised with how much bs goes on with this stock.
Wow...CLWR is getting very tempting.
Analysts have the target at approx $9 - $13
They are having some $$ issues, but if they can navigate through the issues, it could be very promising......
