Huh?
By diluting my shares, they caused my shares to go down in value.....
Dilution is taking money from the shareholders.....
This whole company has been operating on the backs of it's shareholders.....it's time for some pay back, eh?

Sounded to me like Tyler's a Canuck (west coast, like Vancouver)..can anybody confirm this?
Fun...
I'm a little suspicious about the "movie". Keep in mind first, it's a Doc shot on video (hopefully HD), not a "movie" and I would be willing to bet it's not going to be 100% about SIRI..rather just the recent decline of portfolios and wealth destruction. Which, if true is not a bad story with the bigger scope.
Whats up everyone...
After yesterdays surprise of the sudden drop...I said I would be ready for it if it happens again...So I put a order to buy 10000 more shares @ .25.. I actually had $2511.47 in my account so i deducted the $7 for the trade and divided the balance into 10000 which was .251...but instead of putting in that amount I only put .25 well i missed it by 1/100 of a penny and after the rebound as you can figure it cost me $600 dollars or 10000 more shares at a good price...So if your thinking of doing the same no matter where you decide to put your order at make sure it got that 3rd digit.... .301 .351 .401
I'll tell ya this stock always keeps you on your toes!!!! Good Luck Tony:cool:
Did you hear what that beatch MCC just said on CNBC...
>>$150 oil might not be that far away<<
Always trying to stir up trouble...all I have to say is oil had freaking better stay under like $80 this summer. If not, total bullshit.
Koop...
Hope all is well...Ahh the iniquities huh? Yep. We can't short with our own shares but your broker sure can (using your shares). Sucks to be us peons! And why can't we short under $5? Cause the market is set up to mostly go down. If they allowed Joe's to short at will like the big boys, we'd make too much easy money diluting profits of Big Money... :(
Well, I went against my emotional grain today for the first time and bought 10000 more shares as the stock was plummeting. Set a trigger at .2601 and greased it. Now I hold 419000 shares and climbing, buying all the way up from .08 when I was trying to convince everyone from the SA post not to throw in the towel when you all were convinced Sirius had finally ended in BK. So here we stand. I am now half way to my break even point and I will not sell my shares. The best thing I have done was to close out all my margin positions during the recent rally and trade from here on out only with my own cash maintaining only long positions in a few select stocks. For me, this is the only way to stay sane and not become compulsive. I can not imagine Sirius will hover in a range much lower than it currently is without some catastrophic news blow or blatant manipulation that even the SEC can not ignore. There really does not appear to be any more significant negative press that can be milked from this company. Currently, Sirius appears to be much more stabilized and the SP should follow. Just expect it to undulate quite a bit before it settles. Also, I have printed my reply from one of my e-mails I had submitted to the SEC Mafia this morning. In any event, It's a start. I hope everyone who posts here has written a manipulation complaint letter to the SEC addresses provided earlier today in this thread. Good luck all and hang in there!

Hey bdp...
Glad you made it over from SA. Good luck on your recent buy. Curious...to whom do you refer in this: >>when you all were convinced Sirius had finally ended in BK.<< I know you know it wasn't us at SA...At least not the ones who transplanted here...are you referring to others already here??
Anyway...hang in there and we overcame, as you say despite the naysayers. Many had said this SP was dead. I hope they're right now choking on the splinters...
Hey SL!
I will look in my archives for the "doomsday" postings. I can not say off the top of my head who the beaten down were, but I do have a clear memory of the battlegrounds clearing with a general sentiment of defeat. I will find some examples and post them for you if interested.
Oh and about the SEC deal. I don't begrudge anyone sending any complaints. But what you received back was a polite form letter designed to satiate your anger. It gives the impression they will actually do something. I will not participate in this campaign becaue I have already contacted the SEC on a few other issues that I knew were wrong. I talked to a few very frank dudes who tolr me the real dope. They don't have the manpower nor the ability to handle most of the complaints they get. Brandon posted a good recent article about how some MM's have been fined recently. This is the best you will get if that, but the fines are just cosmetic to show the SEC is actually doing something. Let me put it to you this way. Take Maddoff. If they couldn't get that right...when they had all the suspicious evidence in the world...how do you think they are going to even care when it comes to how SIRI stock is being manipulated. ALL stocks are manipulated. MM's (and Specialists) are a necessary evil in making the markets. They have way too much power and way too many capabilities. To change their manipulative abilities would require a massive undertaking and overhaul of how all that works. In these precarious economic times, overhauling MM's is about number 500 on the list when maybe the SEC can effectively address the top 4 or 5. IMHO...

I think I know who you mean...some of those dudes never made the jump here although they might lurk in the shadows...like Iburiedtheundertaker, Satelliteradioisdead, Konst and several others. I haven't seen any of them. About the only guys inthe "con" camp I respected were jswede and ImNotJimCramer. They are not here either.
But glad you are my man. Welcome. Here's a tip for your viewing of posts. Go up to UserCP and go down to where you cna choose how many posts per page...select 40. This will make your reading much more like SA and you'll have less pages to flip through...a great help for reading posts...have a good weekend my friend and wish I had 400K shares! I know you have a longer way to go than I, but still that's a decent amount of shares of any company.. Well done. I see a buck in SIRI's future in about next few months. At least a challenge for it. And if things go well with metrics/Q's, we could see 1.25-ish or a little higher in 6 months. If you recall, this is about what many of us said over on SA. We have a great start. Love it. :D
Looks like everyone took off for the weekend. Guess it's time to mosey into the sunset for now. Have a good weekend bdp! Looking forward to some more enjoyable days ahead with this pig (unlike the last 6 months LOL). Mel did it and came through for us . Not without a price, but better than nothing. And with the SP right now closing the week @ .31, not too shabby. The future's so bright..gotta wear shades..later.. :sunny:
CAN ANYONE POST WHAT THIS MEANS.

Demian.......................... saw your 5:12 post picture. I take it all back !!! YOWZA !!! ..killer.
Everyone...................... good posts today. Missed my buy of siri today at .2519 , maybe get it next week. Did end up with FNM at 1,187 s for .6919. ........... 1,280 s for .6969. ........... and 5,348 s for .6819. This one should pan out long term diverification. It's a start. Have a great weekend, the Dog will run strong next week. NO FEAR . ............. killer and the Dog.
Thanks for the words of encouragement - it wasn't so long ago that I was in over my head trying to play sheriff over on the yahoo boards.... I still occasionally sneak over and do the same - but I enjoy posting here without all the unnecessary drama. I appreciate all the well researched and intelligent posting on this board - which is why I changed over in the first place. Today just tipped me over the edge when I started to see a few posters that "seemed" like veiled bashers sliding over from yahoo... I started to have flashbacks.... I'll put it this way..... I was calling people out on their BS over there so much - they eventually (a group of about 5) pushed me out by lodging complaints with yahoo (all unfounded lies) and getting my posts banned. (and that was when I threw up my arms and departed)
Hoping next week will be a good one for everyone - I'll be edging back in with a few more shares if I can on monday - although I'd rather just see it start going through the roof now.
I STRONGLY recommend folks start prepping for uptick reinstatement. I can't emphasize enough how much of an impact it should have on the speculative stocks - at least in the short - mid - term. That is what I'm doing - and I am predicting - based on a little common sense that several will rise significantly.
Popped in for a quick post. Will check back in later.
