i think there is just not enough volume for the mm's to widen the spread. Too risky for them.

I thought the Starplayer was a dead deal??? Are you guys suggesting it is alive?
Brandon,
I do not understand. If MM are paid based on volume or number of transactions executed, would they not benefit from releasing this stock so to speak and letting it trade fairly? With a large price jump and some exitement I am sure the volume would improve (more money in their pockets), and also with the pullbacks that are associated with larger moves (also more money for them) or am I just plain wrong?
Baseball Press Release Just Hit!
Oh yes. Either they have decided to fight sirius in court, or sirius is backing them.
Considering they had no money, it must be a joint venture with Sirius. Just a few days ago, they installed new servers. This after they offered to refund money to all customers until funds were exausted, and announced their retirement from satrad.

1 game a day on sirius is better than nothing :/
Double post...
yeah hopeful the big news is that there will be a channel on sirius that will offer 24 hour baseball coverage and a game a day on the weekdays and 2 games on saturday and sunday. so sirius listeners will get "some" baseball as opposed too every game like xm subs get. I guess that's better than no baseball
