Emperor Trump, who obviously believes Louisianans lack the intelligence to decide who to vote for, had been urging Louisiana voters to vote for the Republican candidate and not the "far-left Governor" who is one of the "corrupt Democrats" – but an ever-increasing number of Americans no longer heed the advice of our crooked, corrupt, lying, cheating, self-serving, Russia-loving Emperor.

The Republican party has become pretty much irrelevant in California. Democrats control the Senate and Assembly and the Governor is a Democrat. This year, for the first time in state history, the number of voters registered as "no party preference" is greater than the number of registered Republicans. Donald Trump has corrupted and destroyed the Republican party and, judging by the outcomes of the 2018 midterms and this year's gubernatorial races, it appears to be on the road to irrelevancy in other states.
Analysis: Why Republicans lost another deep-red state
A second gubernatorial win, this time in Louisiana, is another demonstration of the limits of Trump's appeal.

Papadopoulos, the former Trump campaign aide who served time in prison for lying to Congress during the Russia investigation, is running for the seat vacated by Democrat Katie Hill. He says California needs a candidate who "supports the President." No, George, we really don't. We especially don't need someone who is willing to lie to protect him.

Under the direction of Vladimir Putin, Russian trolls created thousands of fake accounts on Facebook, Google and other social media sites and spread pro-Trump, anti-Clinton propaganda during the 2016 Presidential campaigns. They also hacked a DNC server and gave stolen emails to WikiLeaks. "Putin says he didn't meddle and I believe him," declared Donald Trump, who instead believes Ukraine, not Russia, meddled in our election. That is the story pushed by Russia and it is completely false. The Mueller investigation and every United States intelligence agency thoroughly documented Russia's election meddling. One Republican Senator is every bit as ignorant and delusional as Trump. He says he doesn't know if it was Russia or Ukraine that meddled in our election. What's more, he says, nobody knows. Wow.

Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear, a Democrat, defeated Republican incumbent Matt Bevin in the state's November 5 Gubernatorial election. Bevin refused to concede. He claimed there were "irregularities": Voters were "illegally turned away," voting machines were not working properly and thousands of absentee ballots were illegally counted – whatever that means. Of course none of that was true. On November 14, Bevin finally conceded defeat. Beshear will be sworn in on December 10. Here is what Bevin chose to do as one of his last official acts as Governor:

Omar, a Democratic Representative of Minnesota, points out – accurately – that the Republicans' campaign strategy is "threats, disinformation and smears against their opponents." In March, Trump supporter Patrick Carlineo called Omar a "radical Muslim" and threatend to shoot her. In July, Emperor Trump told her to go back where she came from and led his blindly loyal supporters in a chant of "Send her back!" (Omar was born in Somalia and became an American citizen in 2000.) Danielle Stella suggested Omar be tried for treason and hanged. At least we know Trump's "Make America Hate Again" program is a roaring success.

CNN editor-at-large Chris Cillizza calls it an "exodus." I prefer to think of it as "rats deserting a sinking ship."
Analysis: The Republican exodus continues
Chris Cillizza, CNN, Dec 10 2019 6:30 PM
President Donald Trump's stunning victory was regarded by many Republicans as the possible beginning of a new era of GOP dominance. It's been the exact opposite. When Trump was inaugurated, there were 241 Republicans in the House. With the retirement of Florida Representative Ted Yoho today, 104 of them have either retired, been defeated or are not running again in 2020. That's a remarkable number: 43% of the Republicans who were in the House when Trump became the 45th President are either already gone or in the process of going.
Now, not all of that attrition can be directly attributed to Trump. There is always some level of turnover in Congress as people run for other offices, retire or get enmeshed in scandal and leave. But Trump bears at least some responsibility for his party's losses in the 2018 election, as Democratic candidates across the country ran against him and his version of conservatism as much as they did against their actual opponents. And Trump bears even more responsibility for the ways in which his behavior has made serving in Congress hugely challenging for Republicans. Trump has staged a hostile takeover of the party, moved it away from its small-government, fiscally minded past and made clear that anyone who criticizes him or steps out of line is going to pay a political price.

Democrats regained control of the House in 2018 and hope to regain control of the Senate in 2020. Winning Arizona is critical. Mark Kelly, a Democrat, former astronaut and husband of Arizona Representative Gabrielle Giffords, is polling slightly ahead of his Republican rival Martha McSally. She's filling the seat held by John McCain, who died in August 2018. On November 3, 2020, Arizonans will choose a Senator to serve the remainder of McCain's term, which ends in January 2023.

Emperor Trump, who refuses to accept the findings of thousands of scientists and insists climate change is a hoax, attacked environmental activist Greta Thunberg, Time magazine's Person Of The Year." In a tweet, he said, "So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!" We all know Donald Trump has absolutely no respect for women – but mocking a 16-year-old? He's hit a new low. Even Melania criticized him. Ha ha ha, no she didn't. I was just kidding. She wouldn't dare criticize her husband The Emperor.
