Yup, when Goldman got in line for their "bail-out" they became a "regulated" bank holding company in order to tap some of the free money (read your tax dollars) that was being dropped over Wall Street by airplane . . . sure hope it comes back to bite them squarely in the ass.

Prior to becoming a "bank holding company" they were bascially an unregulated investment bank . . . watch how quickly they now try to undo that!

Going to be very interesting to see whether SXM can close at or above $1.00.

Good move on FAZ, what was your entry point and are you starting a position? I am picking off some today in the 17's. I need 250 to get to a 1000. Every dollar from there is a nice move up. FXP is also flirting with my buying range, 9ish.

What is the scoop with siri? Might be a fight brewing today.

Finally home, slept 12 hours in my sleep number bed, very good product. Finally over my separation anxiety from my beautiful Bella, my lab/terrier mix. God I missed that dog!

Not to sound over dramatic but this next 45 minutes might be the fight of Sirius's life. There is a block of shares 1.3m bid at 1.00 that could be good, just a guess though don't want to commit to anything, Havaksha will cut and paste my sentences and have me saying I am into dudes, lol. Cherry picker. Just busting balls buddy.

250 FAZ off the board, 17.57...that is a steal! Proactiv if your adding to your position that is a great price, this baby can swing back to 20 in no time.

SIRI is bouncing nice, anybody who has dry powder and wants to help should add some shares, Mel would surely appreciate it. Hell I might grab 1000 just for fun. Under my cost basis so what the hell. I'm in.
