In my opinion it is already factored in.....BUT.....It still can whack the price when the measure passes if the press jumps all over it.

i get the feeling we're in for a rough spell till
the oem's are back; the euphoria of the liberty
deal is passed; it's just a matter of gutting it
out till then - the iphone app is probably already
factored in; it could be a long year.
steve langford said howard is going to be in front of 35 million listeners. how the hell did he come up with that number, if u open him up to xm thats still only 19 million tops. i think lanhford added 18mm x2 thniking the 18mm sub number was just for sirius, but then thats 36 million so.... wtf steve get ur facts straight heh
"There [are], longer term, a lot of interesting things that might transpire between Sirius XM and DirecTV," Maffei said. That could include marketing endeavors, packaging the services of the two satellite companies and joint programming. "If you want to dream the glorious dream," Maffei said, "you could think somehow about cooperation on mobile video down the road, which is well, well, really outside of our current business plan."
I really believe there is something in Maffei's comment on the mobile video. Couple this with the Liberty/DTV merger and Malone's comment about possibly doing something with Ergen and you have a new broadcast network in the making. I think Malone sees the future with mobile video content and SIRI as a way to distribute. How much is a company worth that broadcast totally unique content via mobile means anywhere? Alot more than .35 I would believe.
Notice Maffei said "current" business plan? That tells me this capability is already in the product roadmap.
steve langford has a big penis! big penis! penis! big penis! Penis!
It is refreshing to see that someone else appreciates the subtleties.
I say..I say I say the Saturn Vue comes standard with XM.
It is a popular feature in many (nearly all) vehicles in my range. Compact crossovers, SUV's, sports cars and pickup trucks.
Many of the older radios only had a button that said "aux" and this took you to sat rad.
Now the newer radios have a button that says "sirius" or "sat"
I've test drove 2009's for Jeep, Dodge, GMC, Ford, Saturn, KIA, Mercury and Buick.
There is going to be a large increase in subscribers in the next year.
Gare-own-teed! ;)
hmm ive been looking at the chart quite a bit today, to me the downside here is very very little.
.30 could print but i dont see .29 lasting long if it happens. overall im willing to bet .34 is the end of this downtrend. im going to be watching next week and if i like what i see i will be buying back in.
Im thinking this week could def be the end of this downtrend. 7 straight down days its going to be hard to keep this up.
to me the only thing dragging it down here is investor sentiment. the only thing that can drive it under .30 or even under .34 is investor sentiment continuing to be off the charts.
plus there is this 5 wave theory people keep talking about, seems interesting. dont know enough bout all that though. anyway gl next week everybody should be interesting.
