Worldwide, 5,252,263 people have contracted the COVID-19 virus and 336,532 have died. The death toll is 96,803 in the US, 36,393 in the UK and 32,616 in Italy. Vain, pompous, narcissistic, egotistical, self-worshiping King Donald the First continues to believe he knows more about the coronavirus than all the world's health experts and medical professionals combined. In Trumpworld, everything is about him. Everything.
Trump lashes out at scientists whose findings contradict him
The Associated Press, May 22 2020 10:22 AM
"A Trump enemy statement," he said of one study. "A political hit job," he said of another. As President Donald Trump pushes to reopen the country despite warnings from doctors about the consequences of moving too quickly during the coronavirus crisis, he has been lashing out at scientists whose conclusions he doesn't like. Twice this week, Trump has not only dismissed the findings of studies but suggested, without evidence, that their authors were motivated by politics and out to undermine his efforts to roll back coronavirus restrictions.

King Donald the First and many Mayors and county officials want to see businesses re-opening. Uh, yeah, about that.......

The COVID-19 death toll is now 99,754 in the United States and 346,993 worldwide. Today is Memorial Day. After the Civil War ended in 1865, many American cities began holding annual Decoration Day ceremonies to honor those who died. Decoration Day was officially renamed Memorial Day in 1967 and has been a federal holiday since 1971. Memorial Day is a day on which to honor all who have died in America's wars – unless you're vain, pompous, narcissistic, egotistical, self-centered, self-worshipping King Donald the First. In Trumpworld, everything is about him. Everything.
Trump marks Memorial Day by defending his weekend of golfing as the US coronavirus death toll creeps toward 100,000
Business Insider, May 25 2020
President Donald Trump today lashed out at those who criticized him for playing golf over Memorial Day weekend as the US stood on the brink of 100,000 reported coronavirus deaths. In a series of tweets, Trump attacked the media for covering his golf outings, criticized former Vice President Joe Biden as lazy and went after former President Barack Obama for golfing while in the White House. The US death toll from coronavirus has surpassed the combined total of US deaths from the wars in Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan and Iraq. Instead of focusing on the death toll and Memorial Day, Trump has spent the past few days on the golf course between tweeting conspiracy theories and sexist attacks at Democratic women such as Hillary Clinton.

Cuomo's predictions and projections turned out to be much more accurate than those of Donald Trump. On January 22, two days after the first case of COVID-19 in the United States was confirmed, a reporter asked Trump if his administration is worried about an impending pandemic. He answered, "No, we’re not at all. It's just one person coming in from China." Today, May 30, the US death toll has reached 99,769.....and counting.

The COVID-19 death toll is now 104,284 in the United States and 365,304 worldwide. This letter from Loli Henderson of Rancho Mission Viejo appears in today's Los Angeles Times:
"Epidemiologists and doctors say we need to do three simple things to slow the spread of COVID-19: Wash our hands, maintain proper distancing and wear masks. They explain it in simple terms: I wear a mask to protect you and you wear a mask to protect me. So why does our selfish, unfeeling, incompetent President refuse to wear a mask in public but wants to be surrounded by those who do? The reason is clear. He seems to care only about himself. Vote."

King Donald announced today the US will withdraw from the World Health Organization because he believes – falsely – the WHO is under "total control" of China and failed to properly respond to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus. No, Donald, it is you who failed to properly respond to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus. Remember when you said "it's just one person coming in from China" and we have it under control? The US death toll is now 104,410.

The worldwide COVID-19 death toll is now 433,939. In the United States, 117,676 have died, including 30,909 in New York and 12,723 in New Jersey. King Donald the First will hold a political rally in Tulsa June 20. Why does he need to hold a rally? He doesn't – but he wants to keep his blindly loyal supporters stirred up by spewing lies, accusations, conspiracy theories and anti-Democrat, anti-immigrant rhetoric. White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow is urging rallygoers to wear face coverings – but Trump never wears a face covering in public and it is unlikely many of his supporters will. Tulsa Health Department Director Bruce Dart thinks the rally should be postponed because COVID-19 spreads more rapidly indoors and among crowds. Of course nobody tells King Donald what to do. Nobody.

Saying "I don't feel I'm in danger," King Donald refused to wear a face mask at tonight's pointless, unnecessary rally in Tulsa. As for the smaller-than-expected crowds, it's the news media's fault! It's the fault of protesters! Spoiler alert: The smaller-than-expected crowds were not the fault of protesters or the news media – but King Donald has to blame somebody.
Trump campaign blames 'radical' protesters, media for lack of crowd size
CNN, Jun 20 2020 5:05 PM
The Trump Campaign is trying to blame "radical" protesters, even saying some were allegedly blocking metal detectors, for frightening off some of the President's supporters from attending the campaign events today in Tulsa. Several CNN teams on the ground said they did not see any of that type of activity near the event site. There were protesters in the downtown area, although there was a large security perimeter preventing them from getting within blocks of the arena where the rally is being held.
"President Trump is rallying in Tulsa with thousands of energetic supporters, a stark contrast to the sleepy campaign being run by Joe Biden from his basement in Delaware. Sadly, protesters interfered with supporters, even blocking access to the metal detectors, which prevented people from entering the rally. Radical protesters, coupled with a relentless onslaught from the media, attempted to frighten off the President's supporters. We are proud of the thousands who stuck it out," campaign spokesman Tim Murtaugh told CNN.
CNN teams on the ground, including one that has been at the main entrance nearly all day, said they have seen no evidence of protesters entering the security gates. Gary Tuchman, who reported from various locations in downtown and spoke with multiple supporters, said nobody mentioned the problems referenced in the statement. And Abby Phillip reported that when she went through security to the overflow area there were very few people coming in and that it was not possible for protesters to access the metal detectors.
