Network issues while streaming

Hi. I just joined this forum so if this is not the right place to address my problem please advise.

For quite sometime now, my network connection drops while streaming siriusxm. I get the message that a technical problem has occurred and switch to another channel. This is happening more frequently only lately my network connection goes down and I have to reboot. My provider has checked my router a few times and cannot see any problems or dropouts. I replaced the ethernet cable at their suggestion and it still happens. I have checked the network drivers on my PC and they are up to date.
Has anyone else had this problem?
